Comfort Inn Collinsville near St. Louis

This hotel doesn’t follow their own policy with laundry hours (8am - 10pm) and inconsiderate people were doing laundry across from our room ALL night and early AM long. It was incredibly disruptive and we needed sleep that just wasn’t achieved.

Good hot breakfast

Mold in the shower and under the bathroom sink. I believe there was bedbugs i was itchy the whole time i was there.

The amnesties, the cleanliness and staff

Our first room (211) had a broken handle and smelled. We were quickly placed in a different room (213) that was perfect. And there was only one small elevator to use.

Toilet seat was about to come off. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. The carpet in the room was dirty. The room smelled stale

Easy to get to, cleanliness and surrounding restaurants

The floor of the tub is slick and needs something on it to prevent a fall

24 hr coffee or tea and cookies at night

The staff, cleanliness & the layout.

The beds are way too high. The tv didn?t have any directions on how to use. Had to make multiple trips to desk for info. The eggs at breakfast were dry. Tasted like powdered eggs. Coffee cups way too small. 2 sips & have to get up & go get more. Really?

Staff was friendly and polite. Rooms were clean. And breakfast was good.

Met my needs for a 1 night stay. It?s within a reasonable distance to St Louis with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Be aware of the limited parking. Got back from a Cardinals game around 11pm & found one open spot. The seating situation at breakfast is very bad. There was a 3-inch house centipede waiting in the bathtub when I checked in.

BREAKFAST was OUTSTANDING best ever. Clean room other than the ac. Large TV, lots of pillows. We will be back.

Not a lot of tv stations, low water pressure in shower. AC was loud, missing a filter in ac and the other one was busted up. Could see the dirt on the ac. Not a lot of water pressure in shower.

We has a mouse in our room. I was just wondering if all the hotels around that area have the problem because of the corn fields.

GOOD LOCATION FOR VISIT TO ST LOUIS HOTEL WAS CLEAN GOOD VALUE FOR COST

Very clean and outstanding customer service. The night shift associate behind the desk assisted us in getting my keys, which I locked in the trunk of my vehicle. She contacted local police and they got into my car, saving me a $450 locksmith bill.
