Hampton Inn Collinsville

Hotel was filthy. Carpets were stained. Very dusty. Elevator not working. Loud all night long. Bed was terrible

BEWARE! They fraudulently stole $250 from my bank account. Mgr said GM did it, but GM not there? Said she messaged him but I?ve heard nothing back. The lack of response or communication is very disappointing for a Hilton brand hotel.

BEWARE! They STOLE $250 from my bank account after check out, without any notice, for ?smoke smell?. I did NOT smoke in my room but did smoke outside & then in my car due to cold temps out. Mgr said she could verify this to GM but still no response.

The room had a strange odor. I could feel the springs in the mattress. We have been coughing ever since.

The location was perfect and just off of the highway. Room was clean.

Breakfast was not great.

Woman working the front desk at check-in was nice.

Weirdly-dim lighting in bathroom. Asked front desk to check/change the bulb, but nothing seemed to change, so I don't know if they didn't do it or if it's just bad lighting.

hotel employee was awesome. She resolved a problem with the room and help with other things she didn't have to. Thank you Leslie.

The online list of accommodations include a hot tub. That was the deciding factor for selecting this hotel among others. When I ask about it, I was told "We haven't had that for six years. I guess I got snookered.

It was a room smaller than I expected. It had no bathtub, perhaps because it was outfitted for a disabled guest. The shower curtain did not reach the floor, which meant water flowed throughout the bathroom making the floor and feet wet. Very disappointed.

Staff was rude. They could not find our reserved room. Room was dusty and the hair dryer did not work. Staff said they did not have a spare. I have stayed at Hampton Inn exclusively for many years but no longer. I will seek out a different hotel.

Great location and price for families visiting St. Louis. The pool area is enormous!

Rooms are very tightly arranged. There was very little room to move around.

The room clean.

The mattresses are very hard & uncomfortable. I slept on pillows & my husband was uncomfortable as well. We will not return to this hotel because of the beds.

Location near St. Louis. Access to the interstates but away from worst if the congestion.

Shower was in bad shape. Cracks in the floor and was stained with dirty as if was not properly cleaned in the past.

Clean room. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance

Received a very loud telephone wake up call at 6 am When I didn’t even need one or request one

It is very clean and quiet.

ordered breakfast ahead of time and it was all sacked up when we got it. the front desk was so helpful.

The location was fantastic. The hotel was clean, and the room was in great shape. Breakfast offerings were nice.

The breakfast offering was great with the waffles. The beds were comfortable, and the wi-fi access was decent. Good parking. While I'd stay here again, there are numerous other places that I would recommend over this hotel.

The bathroom needs a a bit of attention, it just had a cold uninviting feel to it. The base board of the walls were needing to be cleaned a bit better, the hand rails in the shower need to be properly resecured
