Clean , but a room renovation would be beneficial

I requested a room with a walk-in shower. I did not get it. The room we had the bath room was loaded with disgusting centipede's. I was told that a hot break fast with eggs a meat was provided, it was a lie. No bath tissue and Kleenex. No c cups.

The woman at the front desk was so professional and friendly. I had called earlier and she took care of everything and followed up with me upon check-in and check-out. Breakfast was good and the woman working there kept it clean and well supplied.

The hotel needs a deep cleaning (carpets and showers) and some minor repairs and maintenance need to be addressed.

Location

No towels in the room. Rooms were on the 3rd floor and elevator broken. Anticipated better breakfast than what was there

The night staff were great but the morning staff was not around when I went to checkout waited for about 20 minutes and nobody came so I had to leave to get to the baseball game

There was a lot of things wrong with the room. There were stains all over the floor stains in the shower and on the curtains to the window. Some of the pillows had stains on them just overall very dirty.

Convenient location, free parking, free hot breakfast. cleanness.

The staff hovering at breakfast Fire alarm went off and management said not to pay attention to it, a few minutes later they accused us of smoking in the room after making me answer door half naked. They apologized but did nothing to make up for it.

Location was decent and staff were friendly

Noise, alot of thumping around but i believe there were alot of youngbdancers staying there forna nearby performance. Heater was super loud. .. low water pressure..... but still ok

It was affordable and comfortable

It had a very dark aura about it. We were not given a hot buffet breakfast as promised online. The color of the scheme of the room was unusual and gave a weird feeling.

Perfect location for a short drive into the city. Room was clean. Staff was helpful and polite. Decent hotel for the price paid.

I thought I was getting a hot breakfast but instead we had cold cereal, muffins, or granola bar choice. Constant slamming of door all hours of the night. No water pressure in the shower.

Location was great. Very clean. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in the room very much a plus. Close access to several restaurants in the area. Staff made us feel very welcome.

Not overly thrilled to have to have $30 put on the bill in case we needed to buy items from the store area. We just made sure not to purchase anything so as not to have any additional charge.

Comfortable mattress

The drapes aren't meant to be closed over the sheers. For my taste it lets in too much light from the hotel next door at night

Booked extra night. Went to exchange key, manager was rude and disrespectful said I needed to pay another "surprise" deposit and should have been charged$30 A DAY. For last 4 nights.

Marriott quality. Good location. Front desk clerk was very personable and helpful.

Fridge didn’t work. Had to put my perishables in hotel fridge.

This was a good value. Clean. Tv was nice. Bed was clean and comfy.

Arrived to the hotel early after a flight. Manager would not let me check in early unless I paid double. Ended up sleeping in mycar for 4 hours. When they finally let me check in she put me in a wheelchair room with damaged ceiling and wall. Terrible.

They don’t clean well. Tub had a ring around it. Was moved from a room that had hair all in the shower. Just nasty.

Not really a complaint, but because of Vivid only a grab and go breakfast

Room was very small we got a handicap room even though we didn’t want one. Desk was not able to change. No even out in morning. There response to covid19 seemed poor.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevator had words of encouragement posted and the room was great.
