- Everything was GREAT! No complaints
- Great experience from beginning to end
- The staff was very professional, courteous and accommodating. They were so kind to put me on a higher floor as I'm a light sleeper, and there was an ambulance parked outside the window, haha!

- N/A
- Certain amenities that were on the website when I booked were not there, no robes or slippers. The pillows weren't good. The room was way too dark. There are lamps but it wasn't enough. There is a bar, part of the restaurant, and never seemed to be open.
- The beds are not comfortable, very soft, we could not sleep all night. Asked to changed room but been told that we can not.
