The hotel is ideally located in downtown Chicago with most tourist attractions accessible by foot or the L-trains. The room was spacious, clean and most importantly quiet.
There was little I didn’t like, the one thing that could be improved upon is the breakfast and the variety they offer. Breakfast is also served in plastic disposable plates.

It is a great location and was easy to get around downtown Chicago. The room worked pretty well for us and it had a comfortable bed.
The bathroom door would not open or close unless we lifted up the toilet seat. There was a table next to the bed that didn't fit the space and made it difficult to open and close curtains. The windows of the room were very dirty. I felt breakfast was pretty minimal and maybe could have offered a few more items.

The location is perfect! Walked everywhere. Breakfast was good. I’ve never been in a hotel that truly has a kitchenette. Regular size fridge and dishwasher and even has a mini stove ! Highly recommend
Using three elevators just to get to your room but that’s okay lol
