- Housekeeping and the gift shop were excellent at all times, fortunately. Chicago is beautiful! It was my first time visiting, but I won’t be staying at this hotel again.
- Cleanness, easy to access close to airport

- The rooms need a refresh but not bad!
- The food at the restaurant made me sick. There was food with mold on the bar. "Customer service" at the front desk was beyond deplorable since employees were on their phones, ignoring me when I asked for assistance. Bad assistance with bags at check out.
- The room was by no means clean, there was blood or something red on the blind, bathroom had hair from previous person and the bed was rock hard. The walls were so thin you could hear people fighting 2 doors down.

Check in was easy and the front desk clerk as very friendly.
The room was by no means clean, there was blood or something red on the blind, bathroom had hair from previous person and the bed was rock hard. The walls were so thin you could hear people fighting 2 doors down.
