Millennium Hotel Knickerbocker Chicago

All staff personnel are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Place was always kept clean. Would stay here again and recommend this hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

i like the flair of "historical" hotels rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff is friendly and professional. Location is just great to all attractions, shopping and the Lake front! Summer is a little pricier, but I have stayed here several times for much less.

Staff were friendly, especially in the breakfast room. Good luggage storage. Room was clean.

There were constant cracking noises in the wall and loud fridge noises. The shower was weird: The rainfall shower is just a drizzle, the hand-held one has such strong pressure that it is uncomfortable and the bathroom gets flooded as the shower door is not sealed properly. The safe in the room also did not work.

Super fancy hotel, great position and good facilities

Very clean, modern and quiet rooms. The hotel has a classy nostalgic charm with modern updates. The staff was professional, welcoming and very helpful. We really enjoyed staying here and will likely stay again.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location, very comfortable and helpful staff

I love the rain-head shower. I wish I had one at home. The room was super spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the Martini Bar and the fact that you can order off a menu of bar food. The hummus board was lovely, and I shared it with my three friends who met up with me. The hotel is located a block south of Oak Street Beach, and straddles the neighborhood of Streeterville, which has plenty of restaurants, stores, and other places of interest within walking distance for tourists and residents alike.

The hotel rooms were somewhat dated, but then again the hotel is a historic hotel, so I'm not expecting contemporary furnishings. I found the hotel charming, and would definitely stay there again. I can't think of much else I didn't like because for the rate, I got more than I had expected to.

I always like staying in Millennium Knickerbocker, although it is not quite the grand old hotel it used to be in the past. The location is superb, rooms spacious enough, very comfortable and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The prices for morning coffee drinks in the restaurant seem a bit too high. Consequently, did not bother to try meals there.
