Location was excellent, the room was very spacious and confortable, staff is very kind and helpful. Their restaurant is great, food was great and prices reasonable. Will stay again for sure.

Amazing location very clean facility very walkable to all of the city and safe! Tons of great coffee and food nearby in under 10 minute walk.

The shower head had very minimal pressure and if you stay on the 16th floor on the corner we were at two of the hallways smell very strongly of pool and chlorine

Only one bed for the three of us. one comforter on it. Not a good value for the price. I also asked for a late checkout (by an hour) and they were gonna charge $25. No thanks.

Great location and facilities like restaurant, bar, 24/7 store, swimming pool, and gym. I got a latte and pistachio ricotta pie from the 24/7 store, and they were delicious. We booked a room with a city view and had an amazing sight of the buildings and river. Helpful staff - the room next door started playing loud music at 1-2 AM; I called the front desk, and they sent security up to resolve it within 10 minutes. The 15th floor had a direct view of the New Year Fireworks, so we did not have to go outside. The room and bathroom were clean. We only stayed for one night, so overall, it was a positive experience.

Some guests were sitting on the corridor of my floor, talking, drinking, and charging their devices, which was not a pleasant sight. Our next-door neighbors did not abide by the quiet hours (which were included in the check-in form). The bed was OK.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn hotel, wolf point in Chicago, and my experience was extremely disappointing. A staff member named Samuel was not only rude but also displayed behavior that was borderline racist.Simple requests and questions were met with a dismissive attitude. He spoke in a way that was completely unprofessional and left us feeling disrespected. To make matters worse, we were made to wait for over 25 mins just to collect our luggage, and when we asked about the time, we again received the same rude response. There were clear indications of prejudice in the way we were treated.No guests should have to endure such treatment. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and urge management to train the staff to provide a hospitable environment for all types of guests.

The hotel is sharing the building with some offices so you have to change elevator every time you go up to your room Room wasn’t cleaned properly No room service after hours Waiters at the breakfast buffet kept asking for a tip in a very aggressive way even though i only saw her once when she pointed me where to sit!! Parking is in a different building and quiet expensive
