A seasonal outdoor pool with a sundeck and fire pits is provided at Chicago Aqua Radisson Blu. - Balcony door wouldn?t open. They had us switch rooms but wouldn?t provide a discount. New room did not have a balcony or a soaker bathtub (not comparable to first room). The bedside tables were dusty. There was hair in the ?clean? shower.
