Clean hotel that smelled clean.

My room smelled like fresh cigarettes, the last person to use the room was clearly smoking

Everything. The motel smelled really bad. The room were not cleaned. The tub had blood in it. The floors n elevator was dirty.

Quiet and a on site laundry facility

No everything was cool even a cracker barrel right next door

The location

The front desk person wasn't that experienced and the elevator didn't work when she was sending me to the wrong room, so it was a good thing the elevator didn't work and I'm handicapped I told her that I needed a room on the first floor microwave refrige.

Location and price.

No house keeping. Had to ask for clean towels and get them your self. Noisy. Had to go to front desk on second night to get new room key because the two we had stop working. Matress was lumpy and felt springs. Tv had very bad picture.

They gave me a room with a broken toilet that did not flush I made 5 trips downstairs but the matter wasn't solve and poor hospitality on giving me towels just poor all way around

The front desk agent who check me in was peronable and friendly. The only thing I would change is never to tell a guest that something is not your job even if it isn¿t. If you¿re exhausted and have a lot of stuff just ask the guest for patience politely

The first room I checked into had facaces and urine stains all over the toilet. The floor had a ton of dog hair at the front door and the room smelled like a dog like really bad. I was then changed rooms which was ok

The location was pretty good and there were a lot of restaurants nearby

The room was not clean, the sink did not drain and some of the staff are not friendly.

Location was close to what I needed

Plumbing didn¿t work & we had to switch rooms. No toiletries. No garbage can. The pool was closed even though we had asked ahead of time, so our girls were super disappointed. The front desk clerk was super nice but the hotel itself is awful.

It was freezing, dirty, staff was rude, and linen was terrible.

hall way floors dirty, room floor dirty. could feel mattres springs in bed! Handy cap bath should have a walk in should have a walk in shower, for people that cant get there legs up over the side of the tub. also I never had pay room deposit even at a lot

the only decent thing was the lady at the front desk. She was kind however they should have offered some compensation for all the inconvenience. My trip was because my father is in Critical condition.

This hotel was very dirty. We had to try 3 different rooms to find a clean one. My trip was non refundable or we would have left. NO MAIDS service whole stay. Someone had urinated in the elevator and because I am ill I cannot take stairs. Very upset

That it was right off the interstate.

The room was not clean, stunk like cigarettes in a ¿non smoking¿ room, toilet paper was not replaced and we have less than half a roll. The walls are paper thin and people were up loud throughout the night. The bed sheets had dirt, crumbs and stiff bed.

Proximity to where we going to be that night.

Bed was hard, pillows were thin. Woke up with my back hurting. Also the top bedding had black spots on it on one of the beds, like it wasn¿t changed.

Loud people in rooms on either side. Loud in the hallway. Loud from upstairs. My children had a really hard time falling asleep late at night.

Location

The room stunk of cigarette smoke. The fire alarm and smoke detector had been wrapped in TP. The wall had a hole from a dog chewing on it. The floor had a 1x1 hole/soft spot. No soap and the towels had stains. The toilet seat had a cigarette burn 1 pillow

Absolutely nothing.

The room was disgusting. My feet were black on the bottom from walking without shoes, within minutes. The toilet seat was dirty and you could tell the bowl hadn’t been cleaned. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I loved the front desk agents. The night and morning crew, had great personalities.

I had dead bugs in my first room, under my sink. There was mold on my shower curtain as well. There were roaches running across the the floor. We got a new room and there was a weird stain on both blankets. There we're bugs crawling across ceiling.
