When I could leave.

The room had roaches in all life stages. I asked to be switched to a different room. It was roach free, but the bathtub did not drain properly and had a textured dried stain that would not wash out. The last day I was there, I saw a nymph roach.

Nothing at all. Checked out after 2 days. They they would refund the last 5 days with no problem. Still have not received the refund.

Everything. No breakfast no pool.

Nothing. It did not have towels, the bathroom was disgusting and the entire place reeked of smoke.

The worst experience of my life—horrible. Dirty beds, pillows with blood and food on them. The worst thing that has ever happened to me. I walked into the room and walked right back out; it smelled horrible.

I need a refund because I never actually stayed there; I left as soon as I arrived—it smelled horrible and was full of cockroaches.

Plenty! TV in room did not work! Front desk manager very rude unprofessional! No phone in room! No towels or wash cloths provided guest for the room! Bed covering was soiled, dirty and had hair fibers sticking to the sheet! Disgusting!

It was dirty they had roaches they had animals and dog food everywhere the list goes on please avoid at all cost

My room was clean and nice the staff was respectful an kind

Terrible. Wanted a refund but they would not give me one. We couldn't even lock our door with our having to go to the front desk and having them open it. So unhappy

The bedroom decor was ok.. and the location was perfect.

The bathroom in room 114 has about 3 major leakes. There is black mold on the bottom wall side by the bathroom tub...the shower leaks and has a big damaged water spot in the roof that the shower...the sink was stopped up...the microwave was filthy

Everything was broken, missing, or dirty. There were dead roaches on the floor. The shower curtain rod was not attached to the wall on one end.

The hotel rooms were dirty, no housekeeping, has roaches, would not recommend.

absolutely nothing! It was infested with roaches, all the fixtures were broken. I was very terrified of getting roaches in my luggage and body parts. I did inform the front desk.I will never stay there again. Disgusting, couldn't even eat breakfast, nasty

Dirty. Drug infested. Had to ask for a refrigerator. Had to ask for a remote control for tv. Strong smell of marijuana. Cops in lot harassing patrons. Cops stopping cars that left hotel. Nightmare.

The hotel is very close to the highway.

The hotel smelled very bad and the old refrigerator was just sitting on the floor of the room. Both nights there were people yelling and arguing on and off all night. Breakfast is just a waffle machine and bread, no jam or anything to drink besides coffee

We had to switch rooms 3 times because the beds were covered in hair and drops of blood. Finally in the 3rd room we just asked for clean bedding to change myself. There was poop smeared on the wall in the bathroom. Roaches every where.

I book the room less than 24 hours, called to canceled because something came up. I was told that I can¿t cancel because I have to cancel 24 hours in advance

I did not have any experience because I didn¿t go and I have not got my money back

This hotel is filthy, damaged, and it is clear that maintenance is not a priority. The issue isn¿t that it¿s an older hotel, but rather how filthy it was and how damaged the room was.
