The owner and staff were very friendly, and efficient. They made you feel welcome, and were more than willing to be helpful. It was a great stay! The rooms were clean, and the service is excellent!
Though there in nothing I did NOT like about this hotel, the only suggestion for improvement would be to have a sitting area outside. A few chairs and an umbrella perhaps? Just a suggestion.
Worst hotel experience ever. Staff were no polite at all, very augmented. Hotel was not well maintained, I would know since I have been in building maintenance industry for 25 years. Very poor water pressure in shower, I know places try to save water BUT
The staf was very friendly and polite. I came back to my room around 2am and was greeted at the main door and asked if I needed anything. If you don't use your card you have to be rung in which gave me piece of mind travelling by myself.
The hair dryer in my room quit working but housekeeping offered to get a replacement. There wasn't a coffee pot in the room and I missed breakfast but there is an amazing coffee shack right outside the hotel!

It's no frills, but very clean and comfortable!
There have been many positive improvements in the past year. They are upgrading the quality of the rooms and services offered.
I can't recall anything to complain about that is not already in the process of being fixed by the new management.
