Not much, breakfast was good but always a mess and no forks

Messy, first room smelled horrible, had to switch rooms, had no body wash or shampoo and by second day no conditioner

Proximity to everything

Carpeting is filthy and smells needs to be changed

Customer service and everywhere was so clean. Their breakfast is good

The beds were comfortable And cozy and I slept well. Unusual for me at hotels!

Location was hard to access.

Staff was great! Breakfast was delicious, pool was good.

Room could?ve been a bit cleaner. Desks were a bit dusty and found a container lid (not our) on floor telling me it was not clean throughly.

Large room and was very clean. Seemed like a decent area and parking was easy. Overall a really nice hotel.

Yes no face towels, just large hand towels.

The breakfast even it was poor quality but it was good for early morning breakfast for kids.

The staff when we complained about a dead fly was wrapped in one of the clean towels and was put with the other towels. And another fly inside the room that was annoying specially for someone came from a long distance and asking for a quiet sleep!

Location is close enough to where I need to be .

Being close to streets resulted in early morning car noises and room needs more insulation to keep it quiet.

The staff person who greeted me upon our arrival was excellent. I liked that the main entrance door to the hotel was locked after a certain of the evening and security was on staff. Our room was great and comfortable.

This is a minor issue, but we were unable to turn into the hotel coming north on Harlem which threw us off and required is to have to make an unsafe u turn on Harlem.

I was pleasantly surprised the room was very clean exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was always fresh delicious and lots of options.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great location and restaurants. Parking was good.

Bad water pressure.Unsafe occupancy in the pool by children. We couldn't even go in it. Kids were grabbing food with their hands at the morning breakfast. One person to work the large crowds at the desk, breakfast, and cleaning unacceptable.

This place is my zen to get away from home great people who work there! Very nice! I come here because it¿s so clean, quiet and good breakfast . Oh! Coffee all day long! Lol

Location, cleanliness

I booked two double queens and was informed upon check in by a staff member that all of the double queens have been booked. I do not understand the point of a reservation if the rooms I paid for are not reserved for us.

The room was beautiful the view out my window was very beautiful. The tv had my name on it I was in shock and I loved it great way to make me feel welcomed. I really can¿t wait to stay at this hotel again and this time with my children.

Nothing really I loved everything about this hotel I did find it strange that is it just me or did the hotels stop putting microwaves in the rooms now??
