Fairfield Inn Kankakee Bourbonnais

Hotel is dated and in need of a remodel. Rooms were clean, bathtub just old and looks dirty, but it was clean. Parking lot is small, and not trailer friendly at all.

The staff was kind and it was close to where we wanted to be. Comfortable beds.

The room was not very clean. Bathroom floor and shower had other people's hair all over, but the most off putting was the blood smear on the sheet curtain above the heating unit. Super sketchy.

The hotel and rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was very basic, but that's what you'd expect.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Good shower pressure. The room had microwave and small refrigerator. It is in a good location near restaurants and shopping if you desire. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent.

The ridiculous valet fees, all the fees. Hotel employee just left the room without staying. You need to list the fees please. I was helping a friend out by getting the room and he didn't have the funds to deal with this. As a loyal customer. Disappointe

wish that they would notify Covid restrictions - they were not serving traditional breakfast. They did not have the hot breakfast. On Friday they had sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches. They ran out and had nothing for the weekend except fruit.

Very nice hotel. Clean & well maintained. Breakfast was very nice & clean & well presented. Will definitely stay again.

Free breakfast & location was good. Close to highway and restaurants & very close to the facility we needed to go to per the trip.

The rooms are very small, the bathroom wasn't the cleanest & the room didn't smell very clean.

Rooms small, pillows too firm, tub rounded bottom makes for hazardous use.

Location was perfect with easy access to many restaurant choices and shopping.

For the most part the stay was fine, however we were in Room 102 and anytime it would rain, water would come in through the window. Made it noisy in the night as you could hear the water hitting the windowsill. A puddle of water filled the sill. Yuk!

They were remodeling, which wasn't a big deal, but was a minor negative. The bathroom was quite small...

There friendly staff and very clean rooms the entire motel

With all the remodeling has caused them to have spiders and my fiance was bite twice over the night we stayed there.

Location was nice. Hotel was clean. Nice breakfast. Would stay again.

The location

The rooms smelled like smoke and also the entry into the lobby area smelled like smoke. This was not expected because the sign posted states that the hotel is a smoke free environment.

The staff was professional and the room was clean. There is easy access to shopping and restaurants. The small refrigerator was handy, but a microwave would be welcome as well.

The coffee maker in room did not work well.
