They Check In lady was very nice, greeted us, friendly conversation, & check in went easy & smoothly

The Wifi was horribleeeee. I needed it for important work business & could not stay connected longer then 3 minutes & that's if I was lucky, either by computer or phone and that was a serious problem... If wifi is important, this is not the hotel to be at

The room was clean and breakfast buffet

Yes the room had a mildew smell to it and little red nats flying around

Clean and comfortable

We got no cleaning service for 2 days ande got no clean towels until we asked for some. Our gas tank was syphoned empty in the parking lot. The safe was locked so couldn't be used.

Clean, helpful desk clerk. Had family member in hospital and staff accommodated our uncertain schedule

It smelled of old smoke and mildew. They didn't clean the rooms as requested, which was ridiculously requested from the front clerk. Rooms had flies, my parents room had water leaking from the shower and annoying noises, no dresser 1 at night table.

it wasn?t clean, the carpet was dirty it had several rips, the buttons on the heater was broken. The hotel was under construction, it t bad a horrible strong chemical smell

There is construction going on and the hallways are filled with construction material and trash. The driveway entrance is not clearly marked.

The hotel seemed clean and was close to where we needed to be.

The hotel needs major renovations. Lots of water stains on ceiling and walls. The breakfast was the exact same thing every single day. The hot tub was down.

The toilet was leaking onto the floor and sinking into the floor. The lavatory sink drain stunk like sewer gas.

Location and price are good.

We have stayed here at least twice previously and the hotel needs a renovation, but was clean and the amenities were acceptable for an overnight stay. This time, the desk chair was broken and the 2nd pane of glass on the outside of the window was broken.

Wonderful free breakfast,friendly and helpful staff. Shopping and your choice of restaurants within walking distance. Coffee available 24 hours.

Leaving

Disappointing experience. Not whole unexpected for the cheap price but still disappointing. Spa was broken during our stay and juice dispenser provided for breakfast was also broken. Night staff reception was overly friendly too personal.

Well I liked that it had a pool and a hot tub but every time I try to use the hot tub I was unable to because there was kids swimming in it like a pool

Well there was a marijuana smell coming underneath the door of my room I booked the room so that way I could utilize the hot tub and was unable to because there was little kids in there swimming like it was a swimming pool inside the hot tub

Heavy mold smell in the room. Really bad. Carpet

The room smelled musty and the carpet was damp upon arrival.

Getting out of it as fast as possible!

Black mold floor to ceiling. Fire alarms blasting every five minutes. It was a nightmare.
