There was not a Continental breakfast except for a couple of muffins which I cannot eat because I am Diabetic.

Roaches and bed bugs were seen and food crumbs on floor

Very quiet snd near a variety of restaurants.

They no longer have a pool.

I found 2 pincher bugs and black mold in the bathroom.

What i liked best was leaving early!

Everything! The man at the front desk was rude. I couldn't take a bath, I killed 6 cockroachs the 2 hours I was there. The floors were disgusting, the box springs were stained with God knows what, and it smelled terrible throughout the whole hotel!

The site said they have indoor pool and continental breakfast and yet they don¿t have either one. There was stain on the blanket and there was also a ketchup stain or blood stain on the wall.

TV did not work. Bugs in sink. When eating in room a fly was swarming my food.My reservation was for 3 days but I left after 2 days. I told the female at desk that would be leaving a day early and wanted a refund for the last day. She refused

Staff, clealiness, no breakfast as advertised.

Room wasnt clean. Dirt on walls sink and doors.

Towels in towel rack were filthy, comforter was filthy, hotel is run down, bed was super hard and uncomfortable.

The pool is closed permanently but doesn't say that on website. Drove 30 extra miles just cause I thought it had a pool. No breakfast whatsoever. People in the next room running and yelling in the hallway all night. A/C and wifi terrible

The greeting, the bed, the bathroom, the blanket with holes, towels are no so clean. The Toilet seat is dirty ect, everything was bad inside and out.

The person working was friendly. The room was clean.

I was a little disappointed at the selection for breakfast.

Pool was empty. Mattress and box spring were stained. Walls were paper thin.

It was very clclean, and the staff was very helpful. Only thing bad was the pool still wasn't ready. Like it went 6 mo ago...

Price and location

Breakfast isn't much but having stayed here before we were prepared this time.

Breakfast was 3 rolls and 2 half full cereal containers. Juice machine broken, onlyboptikn offered was coffee. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because they offered free breakfast, what a joke! Seemed like people also lived here.

Location conveniently located near the Mount Sterling prison (20-30 minute drive).

We have stayed at this hotel before in the past, over time under new ownership, the facility has a steady decline in cleanliness on the outside (significant number of discarded cigarette butts by all doorways) and inside rooms (foul odor, ?clean linen).
