Pros +
- The location was nice and having the Mexican restaurant in the hotel was great. The staff were super friendly. The loved the shower head and body soap. What towels we had were super soft.
- Everything, coming from 12 hrs away(Florida) to visit family, it was amazing to walk into a clean room, smelt good, had everything we needed. Didn’t have any problems! The front desk employees were very nice and helpful which is HARD to find. Our trip went amazing as well as the hotel was amazing to stay at, we will definitely be coming back next time we come to visit!
- They have a very friendly staff, great food, and clean rooms. The staff asked me multiple times if I needed any housekeeping or anything, without harassing me. You can get food delivery to your room from the Mexican restaurant which is a nice plus!
Cons -
- Our room when we checked in had food on the floor. There was only two towels in the room for three people staying in a quadruple room. When house keeping came in to clean they still didn’t leave enough towels. I understand the remodeling but there was huge boxes stacked everywhere and empty boxes just playing in the way. Also there is a gap with the shower door that allows water on the floor.
- Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like! If we had any questions or needed anything, the front desk employees were very helpful!

The hotel is very clean and nice...I loved that there was a restaurant inside. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I was not notified that the pool was closed until I checked in. The bathroom shower collected water while showering instead of draining properly.
