Very clean and friendly staff.

THe facility was beautiful and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast and coffee was excellent.

The pool is not fixed. I would have loved to swim and relax even more, but it was cold out anyway. Maybe next time.

The a room like an outhouse. It was so noisy we couldn’t sleep! The breakfast so average at best!

We had a very nice experience at Holiday Inn. The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with many options.

Great breakfast set up. Well maintained. All was clean and kept up in appearance. Definately put this one on my return list.

It was crowded and a bit noisy in the lobby as there were a couple large groups there

Comfortable beds. Spacious room. Quiet location. This was our second time staying here in the past year, first visit the breakfast was excellent each morning. Second visit, the supply truck was late and a lot of breakfast items were unavailable. ❤️ Wonderful staff. My son was very sick, late in the evening, after a day in the heat. The night staff brought me plenty of cleaning supplies and came back to dispose of all the soiled towels. I was extremely grateful for all their help!

Well, the smoke alarm went off at 3am, which woke up the whole building - as it should and I am grateful to know the system works - but it was a false alarm. The next morning, breakfast closed 10 minutes early and I thought that was kind of odd, I'd have expected it to stay open a little later after the middle of the night wake up call everyone had.

Okay place. Good location

Workers were not friendly at all. Especially the 2 older women on nights. They were super rude. Hampton Inn across the street is much better.

Fire alarm middle of night. Went to the desk to ask if ... a prank or is there a real problem? " the girl at the desk....snarled ...at me and snipped back * "there is no problem." Ok then! Wow!Had my name wrong ... when checking in.was told there was no reservation. Lucky for me, they found the error. It was then like I had to prove the reservation was for myself!!! Annoying

The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location to the riverfront amphitheater was close and good for us.

The only real negative regarding this property was it was pretty noisy. For being a 1 year old building, it’s just pricing that you could hear everybody walking around above us and people talking in the hall. I would’ve expected more soundproofing for a new building.
