- Hampton always provides comfortable beds, clean rooms and a great breakfast.
- Cleanliness and location
- Was a little nervous about Chicago, having never been there before, but was very happy with the location of this hotel. Felt very safe, and had loads of conveniences near it, including Walmart and Sam¿s Club. Very happy and my stay was very comfortable
Cons -
- They had a water maintenance issue and water was shut off 9a-5p. When we returned to the room, the water was not functioning properly. They moved us to a new room although that took some time away. Also we could not get a late checkout due to weddings.
