great location... NOT Spokane.. good bed... breakfast had many choices. Excellent price

It was clean, breakfast was good, staff was friendly

The room smelled strange, not too good …like sour sheetrock mud?. The fire alarm went off 4 times! Twice in the middle of the night!! Not acceptable to not get the wiring problem fixed immediately!

Staff is kind and efficient. Breakfast options far exceeded expectations, with hot coffee, water, and tea fixings. The 24-hour adult pool is a cute perk. Guest laundry is convenient. Rooms are quiet, with cold air conditioning, and are big and clean.

We had some guests or staff struggling with basic hygiene, like blowing their noses, which was unsettling. Despite not liking loud noises, I overlooked these minor inconveniences due to the ongoing wildfires and appreciated the overall positive experience

The whole place is being renovated, our room was just completed. Staff, on the desk was very considerate and helpful and went out of his way to be helpful. The breakfast was quite good, with a good variety of choices. It was easy to find and get to.

Not having an elevator for access to second floor. Not a problem if agile enough.

Comfortable room

No hot water. They had a sign up saying it would be intermittent from 9a-4p but there was no hot water at 1am either. Staff had to be asked to make coffee by several guests before they did at 6am.

Rooms were just updated and very cute inside. The pool and hot tub were very nice. It was a good value for the price. Next to Centennial trail for walking.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to have adult sized coffee cups at the coffee bar.

Love that the workout room and pool and hot tub are open 24 hours. Beds were comfortable.

The room was very small, barely enough room for the two beds.

Good price, right on the bike trail, 24 hour pool and hot tub for adults, decent breakfast.

Shower had mold and stunk like mildew. I was told there weren't any other rooms and no humidifier.

They had replaced carpet which had created a musty, wet dog odor. The breakfast is good quality and variety. I had a 3 day stay and wanted room service and they accommodated.

They did not have fresh cookies in the evening?

The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

The neighborhood it was in is declining rapidly. It did not make me feel safe.

The carpet in room was dirty, it looked fine but turned out feet black!

I travel back and forth through this area a number of times a year. I am always towing a large 25' cargo trailer with a one ton dually, so parking is a must in my selection. I have two motels which I always stay at, this is my first choice. This last trip

The breakfast is great except for those nasty little sausages that are not sausages. The staff there are the best. They always try hard, no matter what.

Hot tub not fixed and rumor of owner removing it. Worst decision ever to remove a hot tub. With the fact that Coeur d¿Alene, Spokane, Hayden and Postfalls all have a triathlon or Iron Man and after those athletes want a place that has a hot tub to relax.
