Old, dirty musty, terrible mattress, gross rugs, non smoking room smelled like cigarettes and room spray.

Every staff member I interacted with was kind and helpful.

This hotel was very dirty, the water in the swimming pool was green and unusable, there was no way to make coffee in the room, there was only 1 bath towel in the room, and the mini fridge did not work.

A cheap place to stay

No pool. Toilet seat broken and leaking. Poor customer service. Definitely got what I paid for, not much

Breakfast was not good. Nothing fresh cereal and bread. The room did not have a smoke detector in it. It had been removed. Noticed just prior to checkout and informed staff.

Location was great!

The pool was disgusting. The water was so cloudy I couldn’t seen the drain on the bottom of a 3-4.5 foot pool.

Location, close to freeway and easy to find, pleasant staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds

Ice machine was broken

Staff was very friendly, bed were comfortable, price was as expected.

Breakfast was terrible. Even cheaper hotels have better breakfast. Only sugar and carbs for breakfast, no protein. Even cheap could have been added, but weren't. I will fine a different hotel with healthier options for my kids next time.

Redlion Inn hotel at north Idaho is the worst hotel have ever seen dirty, smelling, hotel have been too, Ramada at Boise they trying but they have made the hotel to be Indian .

The staff were super friendly and tried their best to give us a great stay.

The hotel is in desperate need of cleaning and replacement of the carpet through out. The lobby has new vinyl plank and is relatively clean, but the hallways, pool and rooms need cleaning. The beds however did seem quite clean.

The bed was great--very comfortable.

How dirty the carpet was in the foyer and staircase. The room had also been smoked in--you could smell it and there were burns in the carpet and the bathtub. So the room needed a more thorough cleaning.

Right off the freeway. Free parking. Pet friendly.

The pool was not heated, hard to get in and out the hotel. Only one entrance. Dogs had difficulty with manual doors instead of sliding automatic doors. The room smelled bad. The door keys didn?t work well.

Absolutely nothing

EVERYTHING! dirty rooms, stains on sheets, crusty towels, rooms both smelled like dog poop, carpet was ripped up,breakfast donuts tasted stale, one of my kids kept gagging over yhe smell. Non of us slept much. Terrible experience

The check in lady was nice and helpful.

It was stinky and dirty in the room and the day staff didn't seem to care when we let them know. There was pet hair all over the chair in the room

I have stayed here before under a different name. I expected Red Lion to be up to better standards.

The room was dirty, sink, room wall mirror dirty. Only one thin blanket on bed. There was not an extra blanket to keep warm during sleeping. No coffee pot in room for convince or lock radio to know time and listen to a favorite radio station

Clean room, heater worked well, good location.

Check-in clerk not friendly. No breakfast. Ice machine not working. Juice machine out of order.

It is in a good location for where I need to be. Room was in great condition. Love the bigger screen TV. Beds are really comfortable. Every thing was in good working condition. Location was quite even though it is next to busy freeway.

I am diabetic and breakfast choices are things that a lot of people want but not good for my diet.

The hotel was close to the freeway, easy check in, the staff was very nice, the hotel is older but the staff did what they could to make us comfortable. They were up dating the hotel and the land scaping and the poo was very nice.

The carpet throughout was dirty. The room we were in smelled of animal pee, the carpet was dirty, the threshold by the door was missing and sharp nails were exposed. The bathroom door had a hole in it and the general condition of the room was poor.
