Quality Inn Pocatello North

No elevator. Breakfast was nasty. Eggs were floating in water - nobody was eating them. Shower was gross and cracking. Some workers there were rude and snappy but not sure if that is just how people are in this area

This is sn amazing hotel! Hotel employee and her staff keep this hotel in excellent shape with clean rooms, delicious breakfast and great service eith smiles! This is my second stay and I will definitely stay here again! Great room prices too!!

The bed was comfortable, the insulation between rooms was great, and the breakfast was fantastic.

The room was a little smoky smelling, and there's no elevators.

at the front desk and housekeeping were 150% phenomenal! I was a traveling with my young son and they made us two feel like family,

Minor but the toilet was not flushing when we first Arrived

Both the pool and their hot tub were out of order and they do not know when or if they will have it up and running before the busy season.

The hot tub was out of service. This was the first time and the next night was also a Quality Inn and that one hot a broken hot tub also.

The room was clean, finishes in the bathroom were subpar. It looks diy projects I could do better.

There was a bag of trash in front of the garbage can that was left there in the breakfast area. And the employees didn?t act like it was an unusual thing. The only place to put the trash was in that bag. I took pictures. The room never got cool either.

The curtains in the hallway was very dirty the one in the hall was ripped like a cat ripped it apart. The hand rails was almost black because of dirt. The bottom off my bathtub was very dark do to poor cleaning. And crappie mattress

Very clean and friendly, the pool wonderful , location was excellent , nearby restaurant /lounge was great.

Needs updating. Bathroom is small. Towels and bedding needs to be replaced. Clean but very thin fabrics.

Excellent room size and the breakfast was great.

Unfortunately my wife and are light sleepers and heard the neighboring guests heater fan operating through the night.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, room was bigger than expected. The breakfast bar was nice. Loved the cold water dispenser.

The floors in the foyer, dining area, hallway and our room all need a good vacuuming. We wanted to use the hot tub but....

Everything! The staff is great! The breakfast is plentiful and delicious! The beds are so comfortable and the pillows were divine! Hotel employee is a fabulous manager and hotel employee was fabulous, especially when we had a medical emergency. Pool was good too!
