Tru by Hilton Meridian Boise West

Location

It was just generic. My toilet was not clean, front desk guy was dirty unkept. Breakfast was horrible. No food out. One girl making everything. It was just a very poor experience all around.

I requested a top floor away from traffic noise. It was horrible. Loud auto noise and extremely loud motor cycle noise until early morning hours. Lobby has a pool table where young kids were slamming balls at other balls and screaming. Not impressed

Nothing! This hotel was way different from the other Tru Hilton hotels I have stayed at. The room was old and everything was mediocore.

Upon checkout, I have a linen that was soiled by my daughter. They wanted to charge me $80 for that and then tried charging me $-- for smoking in the room when I don't smoke. So, I am not sure where that came from.

The game room was fun, The pool table was a nice bonus. Tony was nice & friendly.

The room was way too small.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing.

The breakfast was a little cluttered and empty when we arrive down stairs at 8:30.

The location is great and the staff is awesome.

I live 1000 miles away, almost always stay at this hotel, I know exactly what to expect. I took this because I was visiting my sister and we were going to relax in the hot tub. The hot tub was not working! That was a three reason why I booked this hotel,

Pool and hot tub

Door did not lock, called maintenance twice, said they thought the building was settling. Had to pull up on door to get it to close, which is not easy at 75 years of age. Walls were véry dirty. Corners not cleaned in rooms or shower.

Nice and clean, right off the freeway.

The towel policy is too much. You can¿t treat 95% of your guests like thieves because of the 5% that are. Towels are a cost of business and I shouldn¿t be charged if I don¿t bring them back at some point during my stay.

Noisy and very similar to a dorm decorated in Ikea furniture. Problematic WiFi. No in room microwave either. Not a great stay.

It was a great stay and a great night's sleep. Plenty of restaurants around the location. The lobby was fantastic and the desk clerk was beyond friendly.

The location was perfect, breakfast was nice, room is clean, and poo was a lot of fun!

The walls are very thin, you can hear everything above you, next time I¿ll request the top floor

Staff, very friendly and helpful

Built so cheap that the people moving around upstairs were loud and the person in the adjoining room we could hear so well it was like door was open. Did not like not having a microwave in the room and running downstairs to warm up food every day.

The bed had hair all over it. The walls are super thin. I could hear conversations on both sides of the wall. The bed was not comfortable. I was really disappointed with the room for the price

Easy to find and clean.

The soap dispensers were low especially in the shower other than that very nice room.

My kids liked the pool

There is 1 microwave on the property and it is in the lobby! You have to ask for your ice bucket. Our room had an Earwig crawling up the wall and 3 days later I still have not received a call from management!

The bed was comfortable.

It was very small and not at all homey. Not going back again. The hotel was loud! Even at night.

I liked the room layout

The continental breakfast was a box with bagels, boiled eggs and yogurt, not what I was expecting. Also, the tv was terrible, it was difficult to navigate and turn the channels. Then the water pressure in the shower was terrible as well.

Weight room, spa. Got to chill, bump my own music as I got workout in, and as i relaxed in the spa. The housekeepers , and front desk, are awesome, good people skills.

refusal to clean room after asking 2x, refusal to provide clean towels due to it being after 4pm. Staff was extremely lazy and majorly lacking customer service skills
