How clean it was and no repairs needed in any areas. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub during our stay as well. Nancy in the breakfast area is wonderful with a cheerful spirit. It was nice staying at a hotel that can accommodate my food needs.

Location was the primary reason for choosing this hotel. I had eye surgery at the Intermountain Eye Center - next door to the Hotel. The bonus was the great service and room cleanliness. Spending two nights there was a pleasure.

Downstairs room was very noisy. You can hear every footstep from above and noise from other rooms. I would only recommend the upstairs rooms in this hotel.

Under construction. Pool, gym, hot tub closed. The hotel arranged for travelers to use the facilities next door, but who would really do that?

I was not expecting the hotel to be under renovation with elevators out. We used the stairs which was a minor inconvenience.

They actually had breakfast and not just muffins and fruit! It was brought out hot off and on! The room was clean and smelled out. Pool & Hot tub both worked and clean as well. Staff were friendly and helpful!

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room was quiet with no noticeable sound coming through from neighbors. Complimentary breakfast was good.

Coffee was a little weak. Everything else was good.

Construction crowded hallways with debris. My asthmatic kids couldn¿t sleep & I found smell: spilled beer can & pack of cigarettes. I showed employee and he snapped What do you want me to do about it now?? in front of my kids. Never again, Hampton.

Very clean, good location as far as 15 minutes from the airport and right on Eagle which has any type of food you want within minutes .

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and over those nights I woke up with multiple bug bites. It started with a few and by the last day I had bites all over my body. At first I thought maybe it was just a reaction to lotion but realized they were bed bugs.

See above. I plan on contacting the hotel to report this. I would like some sort of refund.

Great location! Nice, spacious, clean rooms. Pool Is open later than other hotels we've visited. Breakfast options were great.

Only gripe is the Fan in the bathroom did not work. Got very steamy and had to use a hairdryer(which was provided) to clear steam after shower.

Not the hotels fault necessarily but the walls are PAPER THIN! our upstairs neighbors were super loud and we could hear everything!
