Staybridge Suites Coeur d'Alene by IHG

Breakfast and evening social.

Breakfast bar employee could have been more outgoing and happy otherwise the rest of the employees were friendly ,happy and outgoing.

Super clean! Friendly front desk staff! Everything. Clean rooms, quiet room, love the suites, free “great” breakfast. Social (free drinks and appetizers).

Coffee in room and hotel was nasty. Went next door to mcdonalds

Room size, friendly staff.

Very limited breakfast, parking, coffee

location and cleanness

staft unable to provide me with a key also housekeeping should unload diswasher and place dishes in cupboard

was very clean and quiet

staff should have reset clocks to stanard time in room

Clean, convenient, kitchen

Knives were extremely dull, which is important when you don?t eat out. No cutting board.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly

Jacuzzi didn?t work,it was not easy to find parking spots

Well appointed with plenty of room for our family. Liked the breakfast buffet included. The pool was a big hit with our kids.

I like the location, the breakfast and best of all I like that they use more modern colors so is not just brown and drab.

It¿s hard to choose the type of room you want. The options don¿t match reality

Hotel staff were very friendly, professional, and accommodating. I was allowed an early check-in which helped simplify my schedule for the day.

Locations is amazing. It¿s clean and welcoming.

The parking isn¿t the best. Once the area fills up, which isn¿t a lot to begin with. It¿s hard to find parking. The food was just ok. It did the job but it wasn¿t something to write home about.

fitness center; friendly and attentive staff; location; view of the river; quiet room;

The bathroom fan in my room 409 was stuck in the ON position. I closed the bathroom door so as to not let it bother me. If I stayed longer I'd have asked for it to be fixed.

Great room, staff, and breakfast.

I did not like that they never cleaned the room and didn't bring towels.

Location was great and it was clean.

The food isn¿t something to brag about. It could use some work and the pool area is pretty small. For being such a nice place I expect better food and bigger pool setting.

Staff was great. Beds were comfy. Located in great area. Near restaurants, shopping strip, coffee. Pool wasn't crowded. Good breakfast with lots of options.

The room was hot at times. Only one elevator was working, and it wasn't working well.

Very clean establishment, nice rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The afternoon social was a nice surprise. The continental breakfasts were above average.

They need to re-stripe the parking lot and take about 8 to 10 parking spaces out of there. Parking spots are for motorcycles and tiny sub-compact cars. At breakfast, the regular coffee should NEVER run out.

Great spacious room, clean!

Front desk attendant checking in was not pleasant. No greeting on arrival and was very rude when asked questions rolling her eyes. Not a way to arrive to a hotel!

location, clean

When I check-out, I found out that we have charge for alcohol drink and water? Front desk person told me that it was made on a day when we arrived.I told him that we didn't anything. He said all charges removed but still charged my credit card.

This hotel is located close to downtown and conveniently located next to shopping, etc.

The pool is very small and was extremely cold even on a 90 degree day. The hot tub is outdoor and was a better option.

Large room!

Dirty silverware in the dishwasher. No clean forks. Very slow elevator. Social reception was a disappointment compared to what I have experienced at other hotels.
