    • Breakfast was okay. Staff was excellent.
    • Clean. Helpfulness of the staff. Great breakfast.
    • Cheap

    Cons -

    • This was not what I would consider a 2.5 star hotel. Our room, #104, was way too close to the highway. Motorcycles revving up their engines until midnight or 1:00am. Definitely need an update. Not enough outlets.
    • The room had bedbugs in it and then the lady at the front desk had no teeth and criticize our town and bashed it saying that Butte Montana is hell on earth and anybody from there is like hell water
    • Dirty. Outdated. Loud rattle from ac. Loud ice machine in hall. Whoever owns this property is simply squeezing every cent they can out of it and not maintaining it or improving it.

They are listed as pet friendly then told me at check in that they do not accept cats. We had to find another hotel.

Clean. Helpfulness of the staff. Great breakfast.

    Cheap

Bathroom small Wasn't very clean bottle cap and old French fry behind main door. Hair in bathroom sink. Bedside lamp didn't work, not enough outlets near bed just one for lamp and clock.Breakfast was very minimal seen way better at same star rated hotels

    It was a large room.

The bathroom had not been cleaned behind the door, and the toilet paper holder was there on the floor behind it, and the door itself had to be lifted in order to close because the hinge was loose.

It looks like, over the years, they have done a lot to upgrade the motel and make it look great. Good breakfast, friendly staff.

    No, good price too.

It seemed like a little studio apartment.

The key cards suck. Pretty worn down carpet. No elevator.

    3LarryPosted on: 8-15-2023

No elevator, stair landing carpets were a tripping hazard

This city of Coeur D'Alene is pricey, so this was one of the lesser expensive hotels. I didn't like much about it other than it was airconditioned when it was over 95 degrees outside.

This place seriously needs a deep, deep cleaning. Touch the doorknob, sticky and grimy. Electric outlets are so old the plug just falls out. Nothing is cleaned around the outlets on the floor, it was gross. Shady people hanging outside trying to enter.

Pets are allowed. They keep an eye on their parking lot. We locked ourselves out of our car and when we tried to get in with a hanger we immediately got a call from the front desk to see if we were the ones trying to get into our car.

No overhead light in room, just 2 lamps and one was broken. Not sure our sheets were clean. The AC sounded like a motorcycle. Bed was broken and propped up with bucket so super lopsided and uncomfortable. Coffee pot broken. Child size toilet.Too expensive

    Good location

Room had an odor and it¿s just not well kept.

    4BradyPosted on: 6-6-2023

The staff That is literally the only good thing I could say

The hotel smelled, the mattress was old and you sink in it. The recliner chair was torn and very old. The hangers were broken. Fridge was broken on inside. Microwave was dirty. Bathroom was dirty. No elevator. The breakfast was a joke

    8VictorPosted on: 5-1-2023

Good breakfast. Handy to freeway. Very helpful staff.

People talking in the next room until late. Need more insulation? No cereal for breakfast - but not a big deal.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-20-2023

Clean room has bath tub good breakfast

Our coffee pot was really nasty

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-15-2023

    Front desk staff was nice

Room was dusty, and I mean a layer of dust in the window sill, on the lower shelf of the night stand . Towels appeared dirty, and bathroom floor had hairs on it

    7AllyPosted on: 12-29-2022

Felt safe, great staff, all the basics, bed was comfy, everything worked.

    7CarlaPosted on: 9-22-2022

The staff were all very nice, and were very helpful.

Housekeeping forgot to check the drawers. There were two used diabetes syringes in one drawer, and tootsie rolls on another drawer. The bed was not comfortable. There was a dip in the center.

    5LawrencePosted on: 9-19-2022

Needs a lot of up grade. 117 had a worn out chair. Lamp shade was tattered. No clock air conditioner was extremely loud. Towels was borough not soft. Room116 was ok , had no hair drier. Bob was very cordial
