Clean!! Quiet. Everything worked except clogged sink .

I detested choking in without a real, live human being. Terrible. Unacceptable.

The first room the gave is was nasty and the bathtub had wholes about two inches up all over the bottom of the tub so you could not fill the bath or it would go all over the floor

The second room was cleaner but no fridge or microwave like I had rented.

The technology used at this hotel is consistently unreliable. An investigation is needed into their actions and embezzlement of our funds.

Scott the hotel attendant lied, and lied about how he couldn't find reservation, he lied about how the hotel phone could call out, he lied about the 800 number being long distant. He just lied, lied, lied. And he stood there flatuating.

Ordered a nonsmoking room. Got one stinking of stale cigarette smoke.

I could never check in, no one answered the door or the phone and it was 8 pm!

Do not recommend to anyone!

The man at the front desk was completely drunk and could barely stand up when we checked in. He reaked of alcohol. The room was completely filthy, and the front door had been kicked in so many times that the door jam was not working. Will never stay again

Food left in fridge, hair on bathroom floor, dirty tv remote, large crack in bottom of tub, floor was sticky, urine smell at exterior door, mattress felt old and was uncomfortable, area felt unsafe. We left although we had to pay due to cancellation time.

No staff on site. No towels. Dirty. No window covering for large bathroom window that face directly out to a busy street. Worst place we?ve ever stayed.

Location

New management, counter person had no idea what he was doing. No coffee in the morning. The registration kiosk was not working, so I waited for a long time for room key. The rooms and sheets were not up to the standards we are use to there.

The outside of the motel is falling apart. A LOT of noise!! No breakfast which was advertised. The kiosk machine with the speaking person is just weird. Also the maid walked into our room 3 times. Not cool.

The hotel room had stains on the carpet the AC wasn't on, and the bathroom floors were dirty. The lobby smelt like smoke.

the staff was nice.

The plumbing was good, also the TV with Direct TV.

The WiFi was mostly dysfunctional and generally useless with no offer of room discount.

The room was unbelievably dirty.. I took pictures of the filth and showed them to the on-site manager. I was offered a broom. Not a place I will ever stay at again.

Bed was too close to HVAC: only about six inches to get in bed, and heat blew on her back all night.

The microwave and refrigerator were not cleaned. The floor was dirty all over. The bathtub was clogged and we called the front desk and had to unclog it ourselves due to lack of staff. There were blood droplets on the bedspread.

Not clean...smelled of cigarette smoke...NO actual front desk clerk, just a guy on a video screen...
