Yes, the floor was absolutely filthy, not mopped in weeks and had clumps of dog hair everywhere. I took my white washcloth and wiped my entire floor with my foot and the washcloth was BLACK with filth. I brought it down to the desk staff.

The bed sheets were dirty had to request new ones and those were stained badly as well Also woke up and there was a roach on the wall

The room was disgusting beyond disgusting! There was beard hair in the sheets which also had a cigarette burn in them. Went down to the front desk to let them know we needed to switch rooms, gave us sheets instead. Blood stains and bodily stains all over

It had a roof and running water.

Ok let’s start… Cockroaches Blood on bed Hair (someone shaved or slept in) the bed Bathroom was disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned since last guest. You can guess the rest. It was bad!!

The staff was very nice

The hotel room, the bedding the walls and the floor were dirty.

The outdoor swimming pool

The room was dirty, beds full hair, and bedding had stains, bathroom shower had hair all over it the floor was dirty and the shower head never made sense.

Not clean. Fork stuck between wall and desk, largest dust bunny ever behind frog as my bracelet fell behind and L had to move frog. Floor had smears of something on it, no tissue to blow nose.

Price,TV,plenty of bath towels, pets at no Xtra charge, while there was a two star rating for this motel I think it offered a lot more than some of the nicer?(opinion) motels don't. The mattress wasn't very comfortable would be my only complaint

The mattress was uncomfortable so not sure how to rate overall stay. You are there for sleep but the mattress is uncomfortable, but the others things are good? I think had I been there for more than one night the mattress would have been a bigger issue

The room was very small, and smelled of cigarette smoke, despite it being a no smoking room. It was very overpriced for what it was. I have paid half the price for rooms twice as nice.

The desk staff was awesome. The location was convenient.

The room smelled like someone died and wasn't found for a long time then the room was cleaned with a lot of bleach. The remote for the TV was filthy.

The homeless sleeping in their cars and meth-heads around were at least nice and didn't cause us any problems.

Parking lot full of people sleeping in cars and meth-heads. Not even a small fridge or microwave in the room

Horrible says you don't have enough room on this when we got there they canceled and tried to double charge our room and made us wait another half hour and then we still had to pay 23% above retail to stay there

We even have our emails to p we emailed them every hour until our firefighters arrived they said they canceled that price and we had to pay $23% over retail

The bed was Horrible it was tiny for a supposed to be queen and you could feel every spring,also flat freaking pillows.

I was sold a room that never stated it was a smoking room and now I¿m being charged a cancellation fee because I couldn¿t stay there w my mother who has COPD and 8 year old daughter¿ worse experience ever. Had to sleep in our car as that area had no open

Check in and out were simple.

The bed was HORRIBLE. The most uncomfortable mattress ever. The shower floor was really gross too. I would not ever stay here again.

I didn't like anything at all

They were very rude, disrespectful, threatening, and harassing. Did not have microwave, mini fridge or hair dryer.

Room was comfortable for a tired traveler and companion.

Guest above we extremely noisy all night. It would have been nice for them to have used a little courtesy.

The room was very outdated. There were only two flat pillows on the bed. There were no toiletries like tissues, shampoo, or conditioner- just one small bar soap.
