Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Williamsburg IA North

Location is great. Right off the highway by plenty of shopping.

Bathroom was not clean, long hair every where. Also the bath towels are cheap and not up to Wyndham standards I can guarantee that. Thin old and dingy. Looked more like pool towels.

The staff was very kind and prompt to check us in. It was close to everything and met our needs.

Room had a 'different' smell to it. It's a non smoking hotel, but the halls and lobby smelled a lot like smoke. The outside door was broken and didn't lock.

Only thing I liked was the staff was friendly.

The room was dirty. The window in my room was broke. The outlets didn¿t work. The refrigerator made weird noises. The bathroom was dirty.

The room was very dirty. We had no bottom sheet on our bed. The mattress protector was stained. The bath towels were the size of hand towels.

The room was clean and the staff did their best to accommodate for the missing amenities.

It advertisede an indoor swimming pool and hot breakfast. The indoor pool has evidently not been available for months or even years. NO breakfast was provided. The microwave that caem with the room did not work, but the staff did replace it. NOT as advert

The front desk person was nice

The room was dirty & could see the layers of dust everywhere. The table in the room was dirty with food crumbs on it. The bathroom was worse. Shower dirty with dirt & hair at the basin of the tub, the shower curtain was yellowed it was so old & dirty.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and positive.

This motel charged me again when I checked in. Tried to get it off my card and had no luck. Now trying to reverse through the card.

The location & cleanliness of the room.

No smoke alarm in room and no remote for TV. Went to front desk to get a remote & they gave me one that didn't even work.

Old, smelly, bed was old, the legs of the bed were crooked, underneath dusty, the mirrors we¿re filthy

There was no bedspread, no heat, didn't have towels and find out shower didn't work. Tried to call office and phone didn't work. When I was checking out tried to talk to someone, rang bell twice and no one came. I was freezing all day with no heat.

Pool was empty, no hot tub, bugs in light fixtures, ceiling. In lobby was cracking and bubbling. Sometjing was growing on outside of building looked like mold, very rude staff

Location and price were good. Room was huge and was pretty clean and they allowed pets.

Everything was old and worn. Pool, exercise room, ice were all out of order and looked like it has been for years. Front desk staff was hard to understand. New owners said they have only owned it for 2 months so maybe it will get better

No pillowcase covers on the pillows when we arrived, Pool was shut down by management, Stayed for 3 days and room was never cleaned once, no cups or coffee in the coffee machine, had to go each day and get towels. Very disappointing for a Wyndham Hotel.

The man working the desk was very friendly.

The first room we were given had unmade beds and was dirty. We were taken to a second room and although it appeared clean, we found a dead mouse in the toilet. This hotel was awful and we ended up not even staying and having to find other accommodations.

Price

Hotel needs updating. The breakfast was basically nothing. The outside doors that should have required room card entry for security were duck taped open.

We had a very pleasant stay. You can tell some things need some work around the building but the room was neat and clean and comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Our expectations were met. Best price in the area.

Breakfast was a bit sparce.

Location was the only good thing about this hotel

Everything. If there would have been anything else available we would have left but everything in the area was booked. The lobby was dirty. The room was dirty and our area of the building was not secured

The staff person, who was the only one there throughout my stay, was very nice, but I fear horribly overworked.

When you walk in the door, your first thought is going to be EWWW. It's dirty. So dirty that you immediately want to take a shower. The hotel is advertised as a water park, but there is nothing special to support that claim. It was just gross.
