Building is NOT SECURE Door at NW end of building does NOT LOCK~ PARTS ARE MISSING & CLEARLY HAVR BEEN FOR SOME TIME Bathroom was not clean Frig not clean Interior halls, stairs, railings were horribly dirty Cigarette butt's all over exterior of building

Clean and Quiet

Hot Breakfast was Terrible No eggs just sausages and waffles and I don’t eat waffles so just sausages and bread…. Terrible Breakfast so disappointing

The breakfast. There was 2 kinds of cereal and a crockpot full of sausage links. No eggs. Very strange.

Location was the main reason I chose this hotel.

I woke up with bug bites on my arms. I did not spend time outside the evening I stayed. The staff dismissed my concern in the morning. It’s overpriced for what is offered not including the bugs.

It was supposed to be a smoke-free hotel but our room smelt of smoke and there were circular singe marks in the comforter. It was very expensive for the poor quality. The breakfast was especially poor with only 3 options.

It stunk, it was dirty, holes in comforters, the furniture was broken, walls and carpet dirty, tiny pillows like couch pillows for the bed, no glasses for water, only 1 wash cloth in bathroom, spiders, it was disgusting and I would NEVER recommend it!

Close to I-235.

The hallways stunk like cigarette smoke. There was mold in the bathroom and no water pressure. Cigarette burns on the blankets.

Not a thing.

Clerk was rude and surly. Owner was abrupt and dismissive when I requested a dat change.

room 230 - tub diverter to shower inoperable as it was improperly installed. stopper to sink was unattached and not operational. These are basic in room readiness. It appears that the owners and managers are uninterested in hotel service.

Dirty. There are bedbugs, got bit by bugs a few.

The staff was rude and hateful and hotel stunk. The sheets was dirty and room looked like it hadn't been cleaned

I liked that I managed not to bring any cockroaches home with me, and that I didn?t get dysentery from my disgusting bathroom faucet.

The aroma of chlorine and no idea if it?s sewage but something similar throughout the hotel. Carpet is stained everywhere. Walls are thin you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. Shower had mildew, sheets had stains on them. Poorly maintained hotel

The hotel had a horrible smell. The breakfast was very limited. We reserved a 2 queen room and got a 2 double room.

Desk employee was nice. Surfaces in lobby and bathroom were well cleaned.

Stains on the bedspread. Smoky, musty smell. Everything felt damp. Breakfast was very poor.

The location

It was very dirty, I paid for 2 queen beds, but they were full beds. There were stains on the sheets, holes in the blankets, fake nails on the new soap, old soap still in the shower that leaked when you used it. Overall, very bad.

It was clean safe and close to the hospital where I had surgery scheduled.

It was just an older hotel. But the fact there was no elevator made my stay very difficult.

The staff could barely speak English, the bed was terrible and it smelled of mildew.

The refrigerator door would not close. There was several inches of frost in the freezer preventing the door from closing. The lawn had not been mowed and the front walk needed to be swept. We will not be back.

The overwhelming smell of waste in the general area. There are air fresheners hidden throughout rooms to try to combat it. The facility in general is not very well maintained.
