Hampton Inn & Suites West Des Moines/SW-Mall Area

Very clean and staff is nice. Bed was cl comfortable.

Toilet leaked a bit so there was water on the floor. Shower was awful. O water pressure at all. And no place in shower for soap or washcloth.

Location, Staff was friendly, Breakfast was full,

Noise after 10:00pm. It wasn't the the entire time, but I was woke a few times by someone running in the hallways.

Service. First room tv wouldn?t work so they came up and tried to get it working but couldn?t. So they immediately moved us to a nicer room.

Room and bathroom were immaculate, bed was VERY comfortable, and the staff could not have been more agreeable.

Where it was located at.

The pool was freezing and the hot tub was too hot. The little bit we were in the pool area multiple people came in and left right away. All of us said the samething. Was not enjoyable. The pool was the #1 reason my family stayed here.

The sink in our hotel room bathroom was super slow to drain. The breakfast was decent, but many guests had to wait for the staff to refill the food

Was looking forward to the hot tub only to find out it was closed and pool was colder than it should have been, stated heated pool. Breakfast was great! The ladies at the front desk were super friendly!

We loved the location. Close to shopping & restaurants! Our room was clean & spacious !

Breakfast could have been better, there were a lot of choices.

It was a nice location. The staff was wonderful and I had the best night sleep. Bed and pillow so comfy!

Location and breakfast

Front desk lady said no towels were available for the pool the night before said there was no housekeeping until 10 a.m. so couldn't go swimming unless we used our shower towels... my daughter was bummed as she just wanted to swim.

Staff was not friendly. My daughter is gluten free and there were no gluten free options for bread. Overall the breakfast was not very good, and we always stay at Hampton Inn. Room temp was awful, could not get the temp regulated.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The location was easy to get to & out of. Our room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast that was served was very good. If we¿re ever in the West Des Moines area again we will definitely stay here! Thank you!!

Very comfortable bed

The room needed some work. Outlets in bed stand didn¿t work, lamp was loose on wall, pull out shelf taped together and plaster that had fallen down needed repair.

When we walked in the room was excellent, very clean. It was comfortable with three adults.

I did not like the door to the bathroom and closet sharing the same door. I tried to close the door to the bathroom and it just wheeled open and I held it again and it will open it was stupid. It needs a real door like a big girl bathroom door.

Nice warm clean feeling, room was at right temperature when walking in and was able to just settle in and go to sleep.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. Due to the Corona Virus, the breakfast was all prepackaged but still good and they had a nice variety!

Everything was fine outside of the heating cooling issues having to move rooms and the rudeness of a worker 

The heat wouldnt shut off. A maintenance man and worked on it for a while. Then the desk clerk came to check it out. This was late at night. We had the baby bed set up toys everywhere - everything spread out and they had to move us. They refused to comp.

Centrally located to Restaurants, Shopping and all our Weekend Activities making easy and stress free to have fun.

Our overnight staff made inappropriate remarks to underage children and when we confronted him he made it out to be no big deal.
