Residence Inn by Marriott Des Moines West at Jordan Creek Town Center

Everything was awesome Greta location and loved our room for our family.

Breakfast wasn?t great but was ok. Pool needs some fixing.

Noting I left as soon as I got in the room and the clerk rudly just said ok I'll email you the receipt cause you already payed and didn't ask me why I was leaving or make any attempt to see what was wrong

Located near any and everything you could possibly want it need.

Couple of ladies at front desk ride and unpleasant. Upon arrival toilet was already clogged. Asked for plunger, service said she would call someone. No one ever came to fix it, not ever. I had no working bathroom at y all the whole time.

The location, the gym, the pool, and the patio

There were a few areas inside and out that could use a few updates or maintenance

Location

The bed wasn't super comfortable and the room didn't get very dark because of electronic lights everywhere.

Very clean. great location and staff was excellent.

Everything was great! Good location walking distance to mall, shops, restaurants and a movie theater. Good breakfast variety. Although we did not use, the full kitchen in the suite is great addition! We will stay again!

Our room only had a shower. With younger kids a tub would've been better. Curtains let in way too much light early in morning, but that's a minor detail. Didn't affect quality of our stay at all.

Friendly staff

The pool was cold and did not feel clean. Breakfast could have been better.

The staff was great. The clerk in the morning was so nice, got breakfast out a little early for my early-riser kids.

Could have been cleaner, especially the showers.

Room arrangement

The breakfast room was loud and crowded. A group took it over and did not leave, which was a concern for many people who were not able to eat in the room.

We loved everything about our stay! Breakfast was wonderful, lots of choices.

Wish they had an ice machine. Also, they need bigger trash cans in the room.

The fact all rooms are suites. They have free GOOD breakfast. Always have luggage dollies. Close to mall.

Location, friendly staff, clean and spacious room.

Newer property that has been well kept and is very clean. Complimentary breakfast, wifi and parking were appreciated as well.

I was very impressed with the hotel. The room was very clean, and the staff was great. They even directed me of where to go for dinner while I was there.

Location, service, friendliness of staff.

The 'backyard' of the hotel was amazing....what a nice surprise! Very peaceful! The kitchenette in the room was nice as well, allowed us to shop at the nearby Trader Joes and make dinner in the room.

It was a bit pricey.

Very nice room,great breakfast,friendly staff

Very accommodating for main floor close to pool for kids.

Parking somewhat away from hotel. Both times we went to get breakfast the eggs were really undercooked, when I mentioned they thought were fine. Me, being a nurse had to explain undercooked food illnesses.

Good parking and close proximity to dining

A bit hard to find the first time, sort of hidden away
