Clean, value for price

Checkout time listed as 11 a.m., but felt hounded by cleaning staff to be out by 10. ?Do not disturb? sign was not honored after 10 a.m. Staff were all Indian and were very difficult to understand.

It was inexpensive.

Room smelled musty. Lobby area and hallways smelled strongly of Indian Cooking (curry¿¿). Breakfast was a joke - cereal, donut and sausage links.

Freezing cold in the room when we arrived...45-50° indoors ¿¿. Toilet chain wasn't sufficiently tight enough to flush the toilet. Breakfast items were expired and/or stale. Blinds wouldn't close tightly enough to block out the security light ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿

Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Air conditioning worked well. Location in town is great.

The carpet felt damp. There is a moldy smell in the hotel and especially in the room. It didn’t feel very clean. The whole hotel needs a deep cleaning and updated paint and remodeling.

Towels were old and threadbare. Some food smell. No bodywash just hand soaps.

Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was basic but did the job. The rooms were comfortable.

Room had everything we needed. The breakfast was perfect for us. Our room was clean and so was the rest of the place

For just us two adults and the reasons we were in the area it was great. Wishing there was a recliner in the room instead of an over stuffed chair but thats us. My hubby is a recliner guy.

Breakfast, though not fancy, offered adequate choices. Everything was fresh and tasted good. The staff was helpful. Our room was comfortable and quiet.

The manager was a great guy. We had an issue with our air conditioner. He came in and attempted to fix it. He allowed us to change rooms. We slept excellent in the new room provided.

There was some sort of confusion. One of the staff members claimed that our checkout was on June 27 when in fact it was the 28th. She said she called me numerous times and left messages on my phone while we were out touring. When I returned I told her we were staying until the 28th and had in fact paid already. She said no you are only here until the 27th. I showed her my Booking.com confirmation and I also showed her my phone which indicated I neither received any phone calls from the hotel and no voice messages. She finally said there must be some miscommunication between Booking.com and their system. Problem was resolved but I am concerned the trust factor of her claim she called me numerous times and left voice messages when in fact we had no calls or voice messages. I will have to make sure I am not double charged. I had her verify that she had my correct phone number.

Expensive for what they offer. No pool and minimal breakfast options for a weekend the hotel is so full

The place was not cleaned enough. The carpet was filthy and please look under the beds for leftover candy and dirt.

Let us check in early so we could change for wedding we were attending. Willing to move our rooms closer to each other.

Room smelled like it had previously been a smoking room when we first went into it. Blow dryer in bathroom would only work for short amount of time then shut off.
