Beds sunk in old mattresses could feel the springs old everywhere needs updating the sink did not have any water pressure.

The staff is really nice and friendly

The rooms are not up to date at all. Had to ask for an end to plug my phone in. The water would not go down in the tub and sink.

Leaving

Everything including the no existent manager who I was told would call me with in the hour 3 days ago. Imagine a hotel with no manager on staff.

Wonderful continental breakfast, much of it available throughout the day. A nice meeting room to eat in, since we had several families staying together in the hotel.

The property is being well taken care of by the family who operates the hotel. The lobby has an open, lodge-like, atmosphere with a hot breakfast buffet with eggs and sausages during our stay. The room was comfortable and the indoor pool is a big win.

Convenient

We had to find a way to hold showerhead in place. Water came out on floor from shower. Beds and pillows were terrible. Especially pillows.

It was clean, comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.

There were no food delivery options,. We were traveling with pets we couldn¿t leave unattended on top of being exhausted, it would¿ve been nice to be able to order food in.

I really feel they shouldn't advertise a hot buffet breakfast when the actual breakfast is packaged gross muffins and applesauce. I know, Covid, but this is not exactly a new thing now-- could the listing not be updated/changed?

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were very welcoming and were quick to ask if we needed anything. They even called us shortly after we checked out to let us know they had found a couple of items in our rooms so we could come get them.

.....after driving over 12 hours; i stopped here just wanting a good night rest. Rude lobby employee checked me in room that ended up being dirty on the 1st floor. the hotel was no where near full she then put me into a room upstairs NO ELEVATOR

Family Friendly courteous staff We thought it was a suite when we realized it was not we were offered a roll-out bed which was fine.

Limited Breakfast but it is a small hotel Did not understand the terminology. Deluxe meant there was a microwave not that it was a suite.

Toilet in the room was not mounted properly and very wobbly.

Pool had algae in the bottom edge almost all the way around and we had to get another hand towel as one of them still had makeup on it

Breakfast options varied for a 4 night stay, and was good with lots of add-on. Staff was very accommodating, fixed whirlpool right away. Very pleasant stay, comfortable and clean. We will stay here again when returning to visit family!!

The property was run down. All windows had bad vapor seals with water marks in between panes. A pair of women’s panties were laying on the floor between bed & wall. (I found this in the morning)!
