- It was an older property but had been refreshed and was clean with a friendly staff. We were able to back to the room and only had a few feet to move things in and out
- It was quiet. Close to shopping and restaurants.
- While we were only there for a day while visiting NW Iowa, the whole experience was great. Office promptly checked us in and told us how to navigate to our room, ice, services and breakfast. Clean room-well outfitted -fridge, microwave, TV. All Good!
Cons -
- Would've preferred a downstairs room, but was put at the end of the walkway.
- Sink and tub need repairs or replacement but are still usable.
- It is a MOTEL, not an Inn n Suites. Over priced for what it was. Old, dirty, ran micro, pop the breaker. Thankfully I had Sani wipes. counters,tv remote,bed stand,light switches. All dirty gross. I¿m not overly picky, I travel weekly for work. $50 rm max
