Quality Inn Newton at I-80

The room was decent and clean but the thing that made this a low star was dirty towels. Towels did not look white at all. They need to use BLEACH and more soap. Staff started knocking my door at 10:45am wanting me to leave and then came back at 11

Dirty towels and staff rushing me out

Non smoking room smells like sate smoke, broken toilet seat, beds sounded like a tin can under it anytime we moved-both beds. 25 per pet fee….room didn’t warrant that. It was gross.

Location

My door was open when I went to it. There's no elevator. The blanket was stained.

Clean and quiet

Pop vending machines- one was empty and other one out of order

Nothing, probably just the location. Near great places to eat.

Not clean, the room had things broken or wrong with it. The staff was helpful the night I checked In but the day after they charged me extra for no reason and that is a whole big issue I?m dealing with.

Entry from street was awkward to get into and partially blocked by a semi.

Stayed here because of cost and location (10 of 10). Had a nice breakfast (8 of 10) with eggs & sausage, not just high carbs. Room, including bed, was quiet and was better than some we stayed in on this trip. TV was easy to use, with on screen guide.

We don't stay at plush hotels or motels. If you need that level of quality, then you may want to look elsewhere.

The price and location to highway

The door to the room was extremely hard to shut. There was a gap at the bottom of the door that let a lot of light in. Towels were a little thread bare. Slight Oder too.

The breakfast food not kept full. They had 2 sausages and 2 eggs in the warmer, when we arrived but the person ahead of us took them. It was 7:55 and we waited for half an hour but still didn¿t get any. We had to go.

Worst hotel breakfast I have ever seen. Some muffins, apples, and waffle batter that was incorrectly made, so it made terrible waffles. 2 types of cereal. That was it! Did NOT meet expectations at all.

We left after 15 minutes and we were still charged. It was disgusting.

The room, the pool, the staff, etc. We had to get a different hotel in the area minutes after checking in. I would not recommend booking here.

Nice and helpful staff. Clean room. Good breakfast. Was above average for the star rating.

No hot breakfast or eggs pool was not clean and no water pressure in the shower

Cleanliness and the staff was great. I've stayed there 3 times and enjoy every stay.

The key cards could stand an up grade

Cleaning could be better picked up some fries and other trash next to bed and end table

We were given a room and when we arrived to the room, the door was wide open, dirty rags propping the door open, dried fluid in the side table drawer..a dirty room. Asked staff for a new room. They didn't want to comply but did. Would not go back.

We were in room 109, Right by the door mid hotel to the exterior. It slammed everytime someone was in or out until 2 am and started again at 5 am. Staff did nothing, no apology or pricing credit. As we didn't sleep at all because of it.
