Staff was nice

Pool was closed after I called and was told pool was open

Staff were friendly and considerate

Needs were a little hard, one AC unit, the first night was a little loud

poorly maintained, especially on the outside neither pool or hot tub were operational did not meet past experiences of a Ramada Inn

There was a horrible smell in the lobby. The elevator makes a horrible noise as it gets to the floor sounding a little sketchy. Pool and spa closed. Very disappointed as that is why I booked this hotel

Hot tub out of service, Pool closed, Business center- computers didn't work, couldn't use prinrers- They should really have these either fuxed and working or clearly indicate that these amenities aren't available on the web site.

Hot tub broken and closed- Pool water temperature was close to freezing, all the computers in the business center were broken and couldn't be used- the Piliil, hot tub and business center were the 3 reasons I chose this hotel online over different ones.

A young lady checked me in really quickly, but also very friendly. I had 2 minor things to get from her and she didn't give me any kind of "nuisance" look, just good old school service with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable.

The front desk person was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and large. I appreciated having a mini refrigerator in the room. I liked that the location is walkable to a few fast food places and gas stations despite being on the edge of town.

Stayed 2 days. Told front desk refrigerator wasn't working and no one swapped it out so we had to throw everything out. So nothing cold

Heather at The Hampton Inn went above and beyond to make our stay the very best. We were in town for a wedding. I called the week of the wedding to see if I could get my family near each other an she accommodated us.

Breakfast was good. Hampton Inns are good but, this one leaves a lot to be desired.

It isn¿t a hotel for families or to relax. Men with 12 packs of beer all the time in halls. Rooms were dirty, sheets had long black hair, shower door had no bar in middle. Never had clean towels when asked. Management leaves a lot to be desired.

I checked in late and Staff was helpful and welcoming. Could not ask for any better.

The price matches the expectations. The hot breakfast is nice.

The treadmills have been broken for over a year. We stay at this hotel once a year to visit family, and two years in a row, the treadmills have been broken. You'd think they could have fixed them within that time span.

The heater in the room didn¿t work, the stopper in the sink didn¿t work, and the shower door was filmy.

The morning breakfast was just okay and the coffee was good.

Sloppy wet floor in my room, phone on table was covered in filth and the bench at the foot of the bed was covered in some white nasty crusty stuff. I pulled the stand out from the wall to plug my phone in and it was just so NASTY! Complaining goes nowhere

Trading in towels in lobby. Shower did not work properly and was a gross mess.
