- Needs were a little hard, one AC unit, the first night was a little loud
- poorly maintained, especially on the outside neither pool or hot tub were operational did not meet past experiences of a Ramada Inn
- There was a horrible smell in the lobby. The elevator makes a horrible noise as it gets to the floor sounding a little sketchy. Pool and spa closed. Very disappointed as that is why I booked this hotel
