Best Western Mt. Pleasant Inn

Very clean and nicely updated. Friendly staff, good breakfast, wonderful, tall person friendly shower head in the bathroom. Nice pool area.

The window whistled & howled unless you left it partially open. The tub drain was broken & sat in the bottom of the tub. Thr shower head wasn't movable or adjustable. The toilet barely drained when flushed. The bed was poorly made. I had to remake the bed

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, I would definitely stay here again.

I have no complaints.

Enough king on first floor towards parking lot

This is an older motel but met our expectations. Nice morning breakfast. Once you start driving north from the Missouri/Iowa line, motels become somewhat scarce and this met our needs.

Clean rooms and convenient location. Friendly staff.

Room wasn¿t very big. Not much room to walk around each other.

Staff was well dressed, helpful, and courteous. Best front desk staff the whole 7 day trip.

Corridors by elevator were way to narrow to barely get luggage cart through.

The air conditioner/heat unit was VERY noisy it turned on every 5 minutes so it wasn¿t working right. & bed had a dip in the middle. So, needs a new heat/air conditioner & bed.

Front desk staff was great and had a good breakfast.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast included eggs and sausage.

The easy on easy off location is ideal for travel. Our room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed the food available upon our arrival and the free breakfast in the morning

The hotel area is great for a night or two, very few places to eat. No reflection on the hotel.

The cleaning crew knocked on our door right at 11:00, check out time. We were getting ready to walk out. Did they knock on our door because I covered what looked to be a camera in our room?

Bagged continental breakfast was fair, but no juice.

Wall unit HVAC was loud and cycled all night. Mattress was terrible. TV was small. Bedding was old.

Location was good, pool area was nice, and over all decently clean.

The heating/cooling system. Our room/bathroom was freezing when we go there. The heat would either stay super hot even on 68 or if you turned on the fan, it would just slowly drop temp, no way to set a comfortable temp. Prior guest hair in the bathroom.

Someone opened my hotel door at 8:30 am while I was sleeping. Didn’t announce who they were. When I asked the staff who it might have been they were rude. They later told me it was house keeping. Not a bad stay just weird housekeeping don’t announce
