MainStay Suites LeClaire - Quad Cities

It was very clean.

There was a storm that came through and we lost power for about 2 hours. I think there should have been a back up generator. We didn’t know that we weren’t getting breakfast because the room had a stove, fridge, etc.

Location, reasonable price and friendly and helpful desk agents

The room was comfortable and reasonably clean although there was visible layers of dust buildup on all the bed frames and area on the wall and floor around the bed and nightstands.

The room size was wonderful

The lady that was staffing the breakfast was rude, mean, and yelled at me and my 17 year old for standing in her way. We were waiting in line for the waffle maker and didn't even know we were in her way.

Fab location, easy access,safe and quiet. And very pretty over the water.

Not too many restaurants in area. But, ill stay again since the hotel works out great.

This hotel meets the basic needs. Staff always is welcoming and honors requests.

There was no vacancy so I am sure they were on over load but they forgot my flat sheet on one of the beds. I Went down to desk, picked one up and put it on. No problem.

This is a pet friendly hotel with a $10 per nt/per pet extra charge. And they give out treats to the dogs!!

The housekeeping seemed to be lacking. Very dusty and crumbs around the edges of the room. Our dog found several items that had been left behind by other guests!

Location to the freeway. Staff was nice. Breakfast was decent.

The room was nice and big. Although they gave us a handicapped room.

No matter when you went to the front desk there was no one there. You had to page them and then there where times the never came. The continental breakfast was a joke.they never restocked it after 8:30am so we got oj and yogurt.not a great deal

while sitting in the comfy chair in the room I had a small beetle type bug crawling in me. We were then paranoid about bugs the rest of the night

Convenient location. Decent price. My husband appreciated the waffles for breakfast. Staff was fine and friendly.

Very dated decor and furnishings. I always prefer hotels with automatic doors. I hate LOW toilets!

Not the hotel's fault, but team of High Schoolers staying there were very loud in the parking lot late into the night. When staff were called they did try to take care of it.

WE ARRIVED AND TRIED TO CHECK IN AFTER 9 HOURS ON THE ROAD. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE LOBBY, OTHER DESK COULD NOT CHECK ME IN. DESK GUY SHOWED UP 25 MINS LATER. DROVE IN. WAS OFF PROPERTY. SMELLED LIKE POT.
