- The. Real fast staff was so nice
- Desk clerk and morning breakfast lady
- The cleanliness, the breakfast, the convenience to my mother's nursing home. Based on my experience this time I will not be returning. (see my complaint below)

- Strange smell in the pool area
- I have stayed here many times and always had a great experience but this time I accidentally left some clothing in the closet. A woman was waiting to clean my room as I left. I called to report the missing items and was told they could not be found.
- It was not a 3 star hotel. Public areas were dirty and worn. Poorly ventilated.
