Parking was awful. supposed to be free 15-minute parking at the door to check in. 3 cars with no drivers were in the spaces and not checking in. Underground parking we had to pay extra. Narrow aisles for two-way traffic. small stalls.

Great location! The rooms are clean and comfy.

Rooms are not huge. I don't love the underground parking for an additional cost.

The breakfast set up was great.

At check-in, I was NOT told where the hotel parking was, since the lot was full?I was sent to three different public lots. During my four-day stay, housekeeping never came. When I called, the staff just said, "Interesting." NEVER came for service!!

Great view from the 12th fl, very clean, very comfortable beds! Great breakfast buffet!

Thermostat didn¿t work. Didn¿t love the additional parking fee.

Location is good.

Parking system awkward, room door would not open or close easily, toilet seat broken, desk staff grumpy, carpet floor stained, room smelled, most exercise equipment broken or needed maintenance, poor management of facility.

Location us optimal for walking to many places. Staff very helpful and friendly. Have stayed here 3 times and staff always wonderful.

Breakfast is okay

This hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. The hotel was in a great location near restaurants.

The pet fee of $75 was not disclosed. I called after booking to say we were bringing our dog. I learned of the fee upon arrival. I take no issue with the fee, but we plan vacation around necessary expenses/costs. This should have been disclosed upfront.

Good breakfast and a plus for the gym. Pool was small but good. Some uptight people work there though. Hotel Is nice

Upon pulling up to the hotel we were reprimanded for parking in the wrong spot. Then they didn't have the room available I booked. Went from a 2 bed plus sofa to a 1 bed with sofa and was told it was an upgrade. Not very accomadating. '

Outstanding staff, especially in the evening/ night. Very friendly and helpful. Location can't be beat. Easy walk to campus or anywhere downtown.

Rooms were a little small, but clean.

The parking is a little complicated. It wasn't clear to me at first what I was supposed to do with my car.

Room was nice and clean, the hotel itself was very nice and new. Connected to a downtown apartment building.

Parking was bad. You have to pay to park in the very bottom floor of their connected parking garage absolutely no street parking & only 1 car allowed per room.

Parking garage is challenging

The heated garage when it was below zero outside was amazing. It was 62° in the garage. Everything was clean and new very good security also.

The breakfast left room for improvement not as good as a Hampton Inn.

Cleanliness- garbage left from previous stay behind bed and under couch.

What I did not like was that the picture of the hotel room is deceiving online. It seems like it's so much more spacious online than when you get there. The negative thing was the full garbage from previous guests. That's just gross..
