Friendly staff

It was dirty and nothing worked. If renovating then they need to close or provide discount. Not acceptable for the cost. Pool was also gross

The room 316 had a broken aircondition parts dumbed in the room. Had very miserable sleepless night without aircondition and requests refund of payment back.

Proximity to Kinnick field. Cleanliness. Breakfast

Towels were thin

Location, comfortable beds and clean room, free parking and free breakfast

Coffee ran out in the morning and no one refilled; need to put more towels in bathrooms

We left the next morning very early, so we knew we wouldn?t be there for breakfast. But when we got to the front desk, there were Togo bags for breakfast. Very nice, and so unexpected.

The location to the u of I hospital is perfect

DO NOT LET THEM PUT YOUIN ROOM 103 This room is right by the laundry which is fine if no one is using it. Bad if someone is. Vibrates the shared wall There is also a spot light outside illuminating the building and the curtains do not block the light

Easy access to locations in the city. Conveniently located by the expressways & Interstate. The room had plenty of space to stretch out & relax in. Housekeeping did an Amazing job of keeping everything clean! Would definitely stay again!

Extremely spacious, clean & quiet. We definitely plan on staying at Hampton Inn again. It exceeded all other stays we¿ve had in Iowa. No turning back! Beyond satisfied!

Very minor issue but there was a crack, about 6 inches, on the ceiling above the window where there clearly was a leak of some type. Not noticeable unless you so happen to look up while closing window curtains. Please address though.

We liked this hotel so much we returned. Only problem on the last stay there must have been a child above us, heard alot of running around. We did not want to complain as we had children ourselves at one time. Over all great stay.

We stay there whenever we're in Iowa City. We like the location and it's a clean motel and staff is friendly.

The hot tub was out of order and that was the reason we chose that hotel. The pool was freezing and the are surrounding the pool was very slippery. The ice machine in our floor was out of order.

It was close to the hospital. It was very clean & they took all precautions for Covid.

I reserved a standard room, but they put me in a handicap room.

Location

I needed a fridge to hold my granddaughters medicines. Ours didn’t work. I asked for a late checkout due to my granddaughter having surgery. They said it was ok. I told them it could be 3 or 4. By 3:10 hubby got kicked when the mgr knew I was at hospit

The front desk attendants were pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and easy for 2 people to use.

I expected a Hampton Inn to be clean however this one needed a good vacuum in all areas. The bathroom was dusty and we only had one towel. Yes, we could have gone to request more but didn't want to get dressed again to do it.

The smell on the 4 th floor smells like MOLD THE CEILING WAS ON THE FLOOR’ NOT CLEAN OUTSIDE THE TRASH CANS OVERFILLED! The laundry room was dirty the breakfast was not filled in the refrigerator had whole eggs in it stunk!
