- Clean, in good repair, secure, good location.
- The hotel is quiet and centrally located to Nauvoo, Carthage, Quincy, and Missouri. These are all places I wanted to visit on my trip.
- The Breakfast set up was awesome, the staff was attentive, and the rooms were clean.....very clean. Stayed a few nights in late January and will make a note to myself to rebook without hesitation next time I come to Ft. Madison.
Cons -
- The ironing board cover came undone and the iron leaked water. I was booked for two nights but had to get a new set of room keys issued for the second night.
- It would be great if the coffee cups were a little bigger...next time I might bring a traveling mug.
- Our only complaints would be recurring problems with our key cards and no early morning access to hot tub or business office. No access until 7 am.
