Americas Best Value Inn Suburban Motel

Edge of town rural setting. Friendly management.

The rooms could use an update.

It is quiet and convenient to access the room from the car. The management is friendly and helpful.

No!

CLEAN AND QUIET. The many positive reviews were accurate.

Could have had yoghurt, boiled eggs, or something with a little more protein for breakfast. But for the price I was very happy.

Older hotel but price and location were great.

TV remote was difficult to turn on and off. I made front desk aware of this on my departure.

Staff were amazing and very clean

they lie when they say they have a swimming pool. The toilet had some issues flushing. Very upset about the pool. Breakfast was very basic, did not have much selection. I picked the motel for swimming and continental breakfast, both were a disappointment

The size of the room. Had room to move around.

The breakfast was not very good or healthy. To much sugary stuff. I have Diabetes so I could not eat most of it.

We liked almost everything about the motel. Our room was very clean, the manager was great and was very helpful with our questions.

There was nothing we didn't like about our experience at this motel.

This location was very well-kept. It is the third time in the last two years that I have stayed And it is consistently clean each time I come in. The rooms are very large with lots of comfort's, large screen TV, refrigerator and microwave.

Coffee and danish for breakfast. Just enough to get you going.

Very reasonably priced, clean, room all updated, comfortable bed, excellent shower & water pressure. Very satisfied.

Location an price

Softness of the bed an need more comfortable chair.

This hotel was very clean. The owners were very polite. The breakfast was good. The rooms had a lot of space. The beds were very comfortable. I would rate this at least a three but a four comparing to some of the others we had stayed at on this past trip

We have no complaints.

It has a new part and an old part, the new was wonderfully clean and smelled fresh

they tried to put me in a "non-smoking room" that I could smell the smoke in

Convenience of the motel. I have stayed at the motel several times over the years. It is in a small town and is priced comparably to others. It was in

Hotel is aging and it could use some up grades. It was in better shape when it was a family owned motel. The rooms were ok but the outside is a little rundown. Hope spring will allow for freshening up.

The room was nice, big, and clean. The staff was very friendly and had the room ready for us with the heat on when we arrived. There was a dollar general, gas station, and a couple of eating places nearby.

No complaints!

Our room was surprisingly large. We had everything we could need for a comfortable stay. It is not elegant, but a very good value for the price we paid. The location was easy to find.

The room had a heavily perfumed smell. I could not find the source or I would have unplugged it for our stay.

Price

Told manager." Do not need room made up" I later was standing in room , door opened WITHOUT a knock and there was manager in doorway, he said , "oh, your car was gone so I thought you were gone, do you need anything?" WHat was he planning to do?

Hotel was very nice. The gentleman running the hotel was the extremely accommodating and kind. Went over and above to make sure of my comfort and satisfaction.

Breakfast was coffee and donuts.

I have stayed here 3 different times. This family run motel is clean and the owners are such great people; both kind and loving!

Price, location, availablity

Smell, outdatedness

Hotel was much larger then I had expected for the price. The room was perfectly clean. (the owner) made sure I had everything I needed.

They started cleaning the room the next morning before 11am & it woke me up.
