Reston Lodge & Suites - Emmetsburg

Only reason we stayed there was bc they had a pool and it was closed. Had one very distraught Autistic Boy on our hands bc of it. All he talked about for two weeks and was looking forward to it. Could have stayed across the road for half the price.

Quiet and clean.

Continental breakfast was average and pool and hot tub were not functioning the whole time we were there.

The hotel was super clean. The bed was comfy and the sheets were nice and soft. Very nice breakfast!

The breakfast was just Okay. Does it really take any longer to make scrambled eggs with fresh eggs versus powdered eggs, or fry fresh sausage. A better breakfast would get people choosing their hotel

Online photo's matched exactly to our room and lobby area. Our room was immaculately clean and inviting. Staff was accommodating, professional and met us with a smile. The continental breakfast was kept fresh and warm. We will definitely stay here again!

I'll admit I didn't expect to find such a beautiful hotel property in Emmetsburg, Iowa.

Really appreciated the freshly-made scrambled eggs. Coffee was rather bland and not helped by the 1% milk. 2% milk or even half and half please!

The staff are absolutely amazing! They responded quickly and enthusiastically to any request made! The room was very comfortable and very clean! The kids loved the pool! Breakfast was always hot & and fresh, and they kept bringing out more until the very end of service! The staff really went above and beyond when my husband lost his wedding ring. We weren't sure at what point in our trip we had lost it, so we really didn't expect to see it again, (honestly, I expect that had we lost it anywhere else, we would never have seen it again, even if it had been found) but they found it! In the parking lot of all places, and contacted us immediately to get it back to us! The stay was awesome, but again, the staff are absolutely AMAZING! HIGHLY recommended! We will be back!

Very nice clean hotel. The breakfast selection was good. It is nice there are restrooms just by the breakfast area. The room was setup really nice. Lots of areas to display your stuff. Clock by the bed was really neat, you could see the time from front to sides. The towels were so soft and white. Added safety to put a rubber floor mat in the shower.

Wished there was a night light in the bathroom. It was very dark when getting up during the night. Not an issue of the hotel. I couldn’t find anything I disliked.
