- Location
- Was convenient to the venue we were attending. Great to have elevator access for the handicapped guests.
- I love that I was able to request a ground floor room, staff was amazing
Cons -
- Rooms not sound proof enough
- Seemed not to be able to get the room warm enough for my 93 year old father. We found an extra blanket. It would have been nice to have sliced bread available for toast for those unable to chew a bagel.
- The breakfast was kind of sparse. It could have been more presentable and have better items to choose from. Staff didn¿t keep up with replenishing food items.
