- Very clean and nice breakfast
- The river views were beautiful. The location was exactly what I wanted. So many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Walking distance to the Saturday morning farmers market as well.
- Quiet. No drama. No drug addicts 'lingering
Cons -
- Hotel staff acted like they were able to help after I told 2 employees they had no forks for breakfast service. I don?t get a chance to eat in the morning and drive 5 1/2 hours to get into St. Louis
- Phone in room didn?t work and toilet paper holder was broken and just laying on shelf in bathroom. Front desk staff stated they knew about it but maintenance hadn?t fixed yet. Also $20/car to park is pricey.
- Front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming. They communicated the bare minimum information, such as told us the price of hotel parking and to use our room key and did not tell us how to access the garage (location).
