My Place Hotel Council Bluffs Omaha East

God value for the money. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Several things did not work properly - like the electrical plugs. In fact, it seemed that several of the rooms were having electrical plug issues(?).

Cleanliness

Our door did not lock for 3 days of our stay. We let 3 different front desk staff members know but it was never resolved

Walls are thin. A lot of noise at night. People coming and going.

If the standard room at My Place has a kitchenette, that is probably why the motel doesn't serve breakfast. I am more likely to have a breakfast already made and just warm it up in the microwave than actually cook one in the room.

Not really. Bed was very comfortable but the pillows were way too big for my head and neck so I slept without a pillow.

Friendly staff. Pet friendly! Overall very clean hotel.

There were hairs on the bed when I pulled back the comforter. I decided to let that go since everything else was good and I bring my own blankets when I stay at hotels anyways. I would just say make sure the bedding is always cleaned!!!

The cleanliness, ease of wheelchair mobility & friendliness of staff.

In a wheelchair and was unable to use roll-in shower. Design of shower seat was terrible and is to low to be the floor to transfer from. Couldn¿t get wheelchair backed up far enough for direct, therefore tried my transfer board. Angle to steep to use

Very clean, helpful staff & location was what we were looking for. Got a room with a kitchen in it. Helped a lot with having grandkids with

Need more ice machines. Only has 1 & it is located on the 1st floor. My room was on 4th floor

Very clean hotel and night shift lady was extremely nice and helpful.

Proximity to airport.

Room and bathroom were very small. County ordinance of not smoking within 50¿ of building not enforced. People smoking on common front balcony with their smoke being filtered into our room air conditioner vents filling our room with second hand smoke.

Room was very clean. Easy access to and from the highway.

Nice hotel. Room was clean and well maintained. Booked three rooms and this was true for each room.

Location is good near Casino, Bass Pro, and Theater but not the easiest access to the hotel itself. They are a stickler for the 3pm check-in but not really an issue as it's easy to kill time at the venues near by.

Clean, bed and pillows good, fridge, tv, microwave, cooktop, lots of nice towels. No complaints, that why I try to stay here.

The other guests. They were loud. Lots of loud talking well into the night and lots of door slamming late at night and early morning.

Love the location to the zoo! Pool, full size refrigerator, microwave, 2 burners, extra sink, comfortable beds - all great!

Bed was great,large room,felt kind of homie.

Next to a busy street little bit of road noise.

Super new, super clean,

Traffic was a little noisy, even after 10pm. But, we were on the road corner, which was an even, low number.
