Harrah's Council Bluffs Hotel & Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination

Fairly easy to get to. Parking lot is large although you need to climb stairs to get to the entrance unless you use the valet parking service.

Worst mattress that I have ever slept on since I was in college (50 years ago). Room 603. Bathroom needs to be refreshed since gold colored fixtures are alll fading.

The room had mold around the tub seal and when I turned on the water brown or copper stuff came out... also the tub didnt appear to be clean. My boyfriend ended up getting sick I feel like from this and he has a disability.

Hotel staff, every member I interacted with was unfriendly, rude, unpersonable , acted like they were unhappy to be there ! No breakfast offered - buffet , continental, or restaurant, 3 days of having to get out for breakfast.

There was only one restaurant to eat in. The other restaurant was for VIP. We were not told you had to ask for housekeeping when you made the reservation's. They could only use 7/8 for a drink, but you paid enough for it, We would never go back there.

Our second trip to this location...great staff, very friendly and helpful. Also like the availability of a garage....in this part of the country and in certain seasons that is a very nice asset.

The bed was tired, needs new matrass. Assessing a resort fee to this hotel simply because it is attached to a casino does not make it a resort. There are no resort amenities and it is nothing more than an extra fee that you can avoid elsewhere.

Great views and staff.

There was mold growing in the corner of the shower. It could have easily been taken care of with a brush and bleach. I informed the front desk.

The front desk staff was friendly. The room was a nice size with a view.

Our nonsmoking room reeked of smoke. The parking was inconvenient and a little bit dodgy as there are numerous warnings about break ins. Only two choice for food in the hotel and both pricey. Ice machine was broken. The clientele was a bit rough.

Hotel Room was worn and dated leaky faucet and bathroom was subpar. Was not worth the cost.

There was random trash still on the floor, carpet was coming up in places, and one of the bed frames had large pieces of metal sticking out of the side about 3 inches

The convenience of having restaurants on site was nice.

We could not check in for nearly 3 hours after the 4pm check in time. When we asked for a late checkout for the next morning, they charge you $25 for each hour. No option to wave that fee, considering the inconvenience we had experienced upon our arrival.

Room smelled old and like it had been a smoking room at one time. The $11.20 resort fee was a sham. This was not a resort. It was a casino.
